I think Usyk has relied more on his technique rather than his athleticism as he did in the amateurs in the pro's, especially at heavyweight. I think he gives any heavyweight a hard night but you've got to worry for him size wise given his showing against Chisora

Go take another look at AJ. He looked completely out of it.
    Ruiz absolutely pummeled him.

So that means Dubois can´t jab with him?

I see it the same way. No chance Joyce is landing those jabs against Usyk and what else can he possibly throw at him? Far too slow. It would be an easy Usyk win and stylistically a worse watch than Usyk-Chisora.

    Nah, I find that to be a 50/50 match-up.

He’s 23, he’s got an absolute age to fix his mistakes and hopefully become a little more mentally resilient. He doesn’t need to be able to compete with the top 10 guys yet. Joyce is what, top 15 probably? It was very competitive.

I don't deny that. I'm pointing out how AJ pretended to protest the ref's decision to stop it. Or pretended to be surprised by the ref's decision to stop it.

Just quitting and admitting defeat isn't great, but it's okay. AJ trying to play it off like he was okay and it was a bad stoppage by the ref was terrible, and took a lot from Ruiz's very impressive win.

If it goes long it becomes a nightmare. But Joshua’s power and combination punching is better than Dubois considerably, not to mention his handspeed. My head says AJ KO first half of the fight.

A very competitive fight between two poor fighters I thought. I was actually excited for this fight and said it would be a belter but what I seen was two fighters who are nowhere near what I/us thought they were at and will struggle against anyone half decent.

The manner of the defeat will be what hurts DDD the most. Rightly or wrongly he’ll be seen as a quitter now. Gotta say I was leaning towards him before hand and would of backed him in the early rounds if I had to bet on it but was really disappointed, seemed to be no game plan whatsoever and he ate jabs all night long, I had Joyce 6-3 up. Full credit to Joyce though, what he does is effective and he’s got a hell of a chin.

you might want to check your aunties balls. Joyce’s so called slow jab was wining him the fight and would’ve for the duration imo

Cant teach minerals. Look at Fury v Wilder in first fight, look at Joshua when getting smashed to pieces of Klitschko. They both showed guts when badly hurt.
