Are their styles completely different? I see two big stiff idiots with granite chins who have molasses coursing through their veins. Jab, plod, absorb punishment, jab, plod, repeat. Neither will ever hold a title, neither will ever look impressive. Elite punching bags.

Yes, as he has in the past.

Joyce is fatter and slower now than he was before, easy work for Usyk.

What a loon. It was the most competitive division in boxing, now they have moved up and started kicking **** out of the heavyweights

Their WSB fight was fine. Joyce didn't jab much at all, though. Focused a lot more on the right. Still gave Usyk a good fight, though, and tagged him plenty.

And Usyk winning a five-round decision is nice. But Dubois would've won a five-round decision the other night, too.

Over 12, Chisora gave Usyk problems and wore him down. Joyce is bigger, stronger and more relentless. And that jab reminded me of when Mike Weaver discovered the jab against Ledoux. I think Joe Joyce will be really difficult to beat for anyone in the near future.

I think Joyce wears down Usyk and either stops him late - around 11 - or wins a close decision.

Hope they fight. That would be fun.

Usyk is younger than Joyce, Joyce was 28 at the time - hardly a novice. Both had long amateur careers.

Hunter? Only 5 of his 20 fights (soon to be 21) were at cruiserweight. He spent less than two years there. (LOL)

Usyk and Gassiev were the top cruisers. I wouldn't classify what they've done so far at heavyweight as kicking anything.

Nah Joyce was a total novice at that level then. Usyk started boxing at 15, Joyce at 22. Usyk won the world championships and Olympic gold by 2013 while Joyce was almost a complete novice at international level back then.

Usyk and Loma aren't the fighters they used to be, both have been on a sharp decline since moving up from natural weight clearly without PED's and gotten old at same time. Joyce puts it on Usyk if they fight again.

I'm backing my man Joyce to pull off another upset. Usyk a different proposition to Dubois but he can keep it long and soften him up.

True but Joyce's style ages far better than Usyk's. Usyk and Loma's styles are about the worst you can get as far as ability to age well and gracefully. Speed, high output, constant movement, a lot of knee and waste bend along with head/upper body movement - and loads more. They all take a toll on said fighter the older they get and the more and faster they lose it the older they get, especially early bloomers like Loma who was a gold medalist at 18 and would have probably been a world class pro back then.

Joyce's style on the other hand OS probably the most impervious to age related loss of ability. I think Joyce will be world-class for a long time to come.

Joe would win maybe 1 or 2 max. Usyk footwork and movement too fast for Joe's offense

Usyk in and easy night. If you don't know it from the WSB fight, and if you don't know it in your gut, Dubblechin picked Joyce, Usyk is guaranteed.

    Joyce needs to beat Parker

to be allowed to fight Usyk for the WBO belt.
