He dropped Marvin? Amazing. Maybe Alex Ramos did as well, he sparred with Marvin and is the harder puncher.

Carl Froch and Tony Bellew 10 days before the George Groves rematch. Carl needed to know he was ready. Tony was hugely well paid to give it a proper go.
    No head gear either.

Johnny Banks Walker was Ray's main sparring partner for Hagler.

Errol had a very tough time at the Kronk in around 84 or 85. It was said that he never got over it.

His punch resistance was probably never there anyway, taking pillows off.

Weight was Errol's real enemy. His best weight was 11 stone 8 but those last 2 pounds killed him. He would have been marvellous at Super Middle.

Don't know if it's been mentioned but the two days of Greb-Dempsey sparring would be awesome to see.

Edit: I see it has been mentioned.

Don't know how true this is but heard it from alot of people: Leonard and Pryor sparred and traded knockdowns the first time.
Then in other sparring sessions Ray got the better of Pryor. Bodyshots supposedly by Leonard on Pryor were the key. i was told that Pryor had a hard time once Ray started landing to the
    body.

I saw a video where Ray mentions they dropped each other. Not too many overrated 140lbers could pull that off.

Supposedly Pryor was not well liked around his home area and when Ray put it on him people in the gym were glad.
