I don't see my home boy Spence beating Crawford. He hasn't shown the power to keep guys off him...he was one punch away from losing to Shawn Porter, who is way more open to shots than Crawford.
This should be a 50/50 fight, financially. Crawford is at least as big a draw as Spence. I still don’t think we’ve seen the best of Crawford and would favor him slightly in this matchup. It needs to happen next year. Still the most interesting fight in boxing. Two prime warriors. I’ll gladly pay to see this one. No excuses, they need to make this happen. Also, prime Manny beats both of these guys, probably. They are so big, it would be difficult but I still like prime Manny over either guy.
Crawford. Spence is a level above the guys he's been beating but still looks beatable and a level below Crawford.
Crawford wins, he's just the more complete fighter. Spence's southpaw stance won't bother Crawford being a switch hitter. His movement too will be key to beating Spence who adopts a wide stance to sit down on his shots. It won't be easy, Spence is very good but Crawford figures him out eventually and takes over.
From what I saw I like Crawford to get to Spence and really hurt him around the middle of the fight. I thought there was something strange in the fight last night, it looked like Spence took his foot off the gas in round 9 when Garcia looked to be trending down. I gave Garcia rounds 9,10,and 11 basically because I thought Spence was doing nothing. Weird, was he getting tired? was he hurt a little?
depends from shape and health condition Spence will have. Crawford might be happy to see Spence last fight, his chances to win Spence are higher than earlier.
Man, I voted Crawford but I dunno anymore. This is the fight to make in boxing. Spence looks better than he did pre-car crash which blows my mind. He was gun-shy against Mikey friggin Garcia who was a fat little sheep for the slaughter and looked weak against Porter. He looks like a Lion again and he'll attack a small guy like Crawford relentlessly. Crawford has been dropped recently by Mean Machine. Spence can do same and much worse. Nevertheless, Crawford has serious serious power and elite skills. Neither guy can make an interesting fight that isn't the other at this point.
