i doubt it will happen now. Spence will face Pacquiao and Thurman then move up in weight to take on Canelo.

If Spence can beat Crawford, Pac and Thurman convincingly then he can surpass DLH. As good as Oscar was he never beat anyone of note at 147 without controversy. But will Spence fight those 3 ?? Seriously doubt it or if he does it'll be in the distant future when he or the others will be too far past their best for it to really matter.

Maybe he could if he fought 3 times a year, cleaned out 147 and then went and had a legit presence at 154 for awhile, but it'll never happen because every upper tier boxer is now a ****ing diva and they would rather argue on social media about who is the "a" side than settle it in the ring.

Yeah, I can see that take. On the other hand, one would think he should have beat an ageing natural LHW more clearly. Whitaker was great, though.

As for the Tito fight - a very bad decision in my book. I can't see how some think it was right to give it to Tito, but scoring does differ. I can't see all the commotion about the Canelo-GGG fights or Ali-Norton III, but I seem to be in the minority there. Well, Ali-Norton III wasn't that controversial at the time (most at ringside had it for Ali), but has grown to be.
