How's this affect the career of Marvin Hagler?
Once he smashed The Beast to the floor, then what? Is he showing no signs of retirement?
Who's out there for him at that time.
And does No Ray Leonard greatly affect the other big two s career, Hearns and Duran?

Herol Graham was WBA mandatory. He’d of made that Marvin look silly

Kalambay also stands him on his head

Barkley v 87 Hagler is absolutely petrifying tbh

I think he takes Barkley out in the middle rounds. Both were about wars of attrition but one was insanely durable and one was entertaining and fallible.

Yes, he has his way with Barkley.

Graham would would be troublesome for the first four rds or so, but Hagler would start to time him eventually.

A bit the same with Kalambay. Better and more technically sound than Graham, but he just hated southpaws. If Marvin for some reason would do most of the fight orthodox he might lose, but otherwise he takes it via a couple of KD:s.

He’d have just retired earlier. With the Hearns win, he was no longer in it to make multiple defenses but to fight Leonard and make megabucks. No SRL, means he probably retires after Hearns. Maybe he sticks around for Mugabi but that’s it.

Barkley's style is terrible for Hagler. I agree. I see Marvin cutting him up and the ref waving it off in about 6 or 7.

Without Ray? I think Hearns and Duran become the big welterweights with Benitez and Tommy comes out ahead there. Ray had the key to beating them all. He was a versatile fighter.
