    I had an amateur match and I was so out of it that I forgot to change my shirt.
    As I entered the ring, everyone thought that I was just wearing my short over the top to stay warm or something.
    My coach then took off my shirt and everyone laughed.
    I barely processed what happened.
    Then I had to get out of the ring to get changed.

    I also got my ass beat.
    Fun times. Totally not demoralizing.

    The first time I sparred I had an adrenaline dump and my hearing disappeared, I broke his nose almost immediately and I wanted to stop I got so upset and felt bad. Never forget it.

    I know he is fighting back well, and the other guy is fatigued. But he isn´t winning and keeps taking a beating.

    It happens. ammy fight still is with public, it is not in your gym and nerves take a lot. It is different. Later after some fights you get more comfortable ofc.
