I like to think I know my boxing gloves pretty well and have a large collection, including all the well known brands. However, for the first time in a long while, I wasn’t able to recognize the brand of gloves a fighter was wearing. Joshua’s gloves had no branding label on them, and the shape of the gloves didn’t look like any I’m familiar with. I know Gervonta Davis recently wore all-white gloves with no branding but you could tell from the shape that they were Winnings. Does anyone know what AJ was wearing tonight?

Did they say they were Rivals? In the past, AJ has worn the RFX Guerrero HDE-F model, which these definitely were not. However, I guess they could have been the SF-F version of the RFX-Guerreros.
I didn’t say I was necessarily a glove connoisseur, just that I know a decent amount about gloves. You don’t have to be so mean about it. I deal with anxiety and self confidence issues, and in all honesty, comments like yours make me feel real down on myself.
I thought maybe he was wearing Winning gloves like the ones Tank Davis wore against LSC. I know Rival is AJ’s preferred brand. He wore Grants in the first Ruiz fight then switched back to Rivals for the rematch.
Has AJ not brung his own boxing glove out? Could be them. Also, don't listen to that bell, clearly got nothing better to do.
This is what Fury has done to boxing; A comment in jest in a thread about gloves becomes about anxiety and self confidence. It's the internet, if you have these issues, speak to your family or yourself in the mirror. Don't go to the docs, its not a mental illness. Its part of getting older.

as if 70% of the other posts on here do? everyone's real tough when we're criticizing Wilder, but no one on here can handle any incoming friendly banter. I respected the man's wishes, he said his feelings were hurt and I let him be. stop enabling him at this point, I have had way worse and incendiary comments directed my way on this forum
