Wilder could use a rebuild, just like everyone said about Joshua after he lost to Ruiz. But AJ has now won two straight.

Uysk of course aiming for the title shot a the moment vs. AJ. Joyce would risk a title shot by scheduling Wilder. Ruiz would be the perfect opponent for Wilder to see if he still has it or not since both are former world champions.

    55/45 for AJ.

AJ is the all around superior fighter.

But one has to think that AJ will let Wilder hang around too long, and if he does that, if Wilder isnt ruined from the Fury beatdown (which, is entirely possible) its hard not seeing him land something at some point.

This is still a very intriguing matchup.

Whatever people think about Wilder, being static in front of him while he wings a right hand bomb isn't where an opponent should want to be.

Joshua would absolutely destroy him. Wilders got awful defence, no inside game and can’t box on the back foot. AJ inside 4 or 5.

Do you think AJ has the confidence to do what he needs to do Vs wilder? You can't just pressure him a little bit you need to apply CONSTANT pressure to the point where he literally can't plant himself to throw the right and Joshua might still be too cautious for that although last night will have boosted his confidence.

Hes better on the front foot than fury, a better counter puncher, and hits much harder than fury and wilder knows this. Wilder would be backing up (he cant box off the back foot) and would be much more cautious against Aj. I reckon Aj would just jump on him and take him out.

AJ can`t out-box Wilder by not countering, he didn`t throw any counters v Pulev, AJ is gunshy and will go into a shell v Wilder.

    Wilders crap!

Joshua blows him away inside 4 rounds and it’s not a Furyesque fatigued and bewildered KO its the unconscious career ending kind

Joshua's an even worse style match up for Wilder than Fury. Why do you think they were willing to offer him $100 mill plus and why Wilder turned it down, both sides know Joshua would of demolished him.

Wilder doesn't fight well on the back foot, I've been saying this for ages even before the 2nd Fury fight, you can see it in his performances as early as Szpilka and Washington. Struggles on the back foot, unable to load up to land his shots, looks disorganised, but as soon as he stops backing off, plants his feet, he ends the fight shortly after. If an idiot like me can figure this out, damn sure Joshua and his team would have.

Joshua has all the tools, the jab, the strength inside, the right hand, plus the jab to the body which stopped Povetkin and Pulev in his tracks would prevent Wilder from setting a lot of the time. Even if Wilder has some success we know Joshua responds by simply being more aggressive, once he decides to push Wilder back, the fight only goes one way with Wilder being counted out and then making up ludicrous excuses to why he was beaten. Joshua KO's him inside 3 rounds even on his worst day.

    Wilder.

Regardless of how Fury battered him, he still has enough to crack AJs bristles and get him going, and as ugly a finisher Wilder is he gets him out of there.
