what do you think will happen ? does he sign with dazn ? does he do both ? If he does both what uk shows will dazn put on ? so many questions and very interesting. if sky still want hearn and i think they do, they should want exclusive fights in uk only and dazn do the international fights with him. saying that surely dazn want to do british shows as well.

If its dazn only for hearn, how much will he miss the propaganda by sky sports news. which is a casual magnet. dazn marketing is not that great imo.

DAZN are launching in the UK and it seems impossible to me for Hearn to be exclusive with Sky, who will be their biggest rival. He will be going all in with DAZN.

I don't think DAZN is a given. Sky will be super competitive with there bid plus will Eddie really want to give up the sky promotion that comes with working with them.

Nobody can deny sky are the best at it. We have to see where DAZN will be with actual sports content outside of boxing in 2021 as they are gonna need content to drive subscription numbers.

Plus Eddie likes to talk about the PPV model being dead in America but it's the total opposite in the UK. Not sure matchroom want to walk away from that revenue stream.

DAZN isnt a serious rival to sky until they start grabbing sports content that people will pay to subscribe for. Boxing is niche remember.

Hearn is a smart guy, there is no chance he’ll go all in with DAZN. Sky is Matchrooms bread and butter and DAZN is too much of a risk.

He’ll either go all in with Sky or somehow manage to negotiate a deal with them both.

He’ll sign a new deal with Sky simple as. He’s the best in the country by a mile especially now with DDD and Yarde being beat. As long as Joshua is there Sky won’t let go.

I don't see why the contract is mutually exclusive between the promoter and the broadcaster anyway.
Surely SKY would be better off giving themselves the option of working with other promoters if and when they want to.

As far as I understand it, Joshua has a contract of his own with SKY now anyway.

Matchroom and sky are more then just boxing m Matchroom will want to keep sky on side.

Sky is a much bigger UK platform.

Only idiots think he'll ditch sky.

Sky had a monopoly for far too long, producing crap card after crap card. Hope DAZN wipe them out

that what i am thinking as well. Does it make dazn that appealing to uk fans if nearly all the content being international. i cant see that many casuals lapping it up, what i would love thou would be hearn goes to dazn exclusively. sky get mtk but also sign a deal with top rank for international fights. warren being warren does good fights but sht cards like he has been doing

If DAZN had been a massive success since launch I think Eddie would have happily jumped ship.
However I can't see DAZN knocking sky off its perch anytime soon and think besides being the biggest UK boxing broadcaster Eddie loves all the publicity he gets from sky.
Can't see him wanting to take a punt on the grass being greener with DAZN in the uk

I haven't been impressed with the production of the US Dazn broadcasts. The word tinpot comes to mind.
