Klitschko had him around 6”7-6”8 apparently.

This. John Fury referred to Tyson as being 6’8 on BT Sports before the Joyce/Dubois fight. That probably makes him about 6’7

Surely there is enough money to keep usyk and the wbo happy to fight the winner !

This is where Frank can surely pull some strings he basically put the WBO on the map!

Usyk has already said he won't take the money. I imagine he has already made more than he needs and lives happy life. He can get paid more and get all the glory too, for some people that is more important.

Weirdly I don't really care about this fight anymore. I think Tyson Fury is an absolutely brilliant boxer and AJ is decent enough to warrant sharing a ring with him, it's a huge fight with and probably the biggest fight there could be in the World right now but I'm just not that fussed. I don't know if it's getting bored of their personalities that's the thing or how long it feels that this has dragged on for but I'm just not feeling it and I kind of hope that Usyk enters the equation and messes everything up like a decent version of Michael Bent.

The WBC aren't an obstacle for Fury to fight Joshua, they aren't enforcing Fury to fight Wilder as a mandatory unless I'm mistaken. It was just a rematch clause between Fury and Wilder, unrelated to the WBC.

“He was beating Povetkin but switched off for one moment, he has the best resume and deserves the fight”

Can see the Hearn narrative already

Everyone wanted Morrison v Tyson, a mega bucks Heavyweight fight, all that stood in the way was what was seen as a tune up, Bentt didn't read the script

Fury is probably between 6’7 and 6’8, it’s not exactly a wild exaggeration.

WWF used to have everyone billed 4 inches taller than they were, they’d probably say fury is 7 foot.

It’s difficult when they’re two pretty tedious and unlikeable personalities. I also don’t rate either of them that highly, they’re just the best of a weak division. I’d love it if Usyk boxed circles round them both.

This is very true. Got to laugh when people bill them as all time greats or make threads Fury v Ali who wins? Joshua v Lewis? Do me a favour.

Franks latest IFL interview key points.

    - Fight has got to happen
    - if someone does pull out it won’t be Fury
    - hopeful over the Wilder situation but IF they do lose they’d hope to negotiate a step a side deal with Deontay- whether he’d accept that or not weren’t discussed nor a plan B if that does happen.
    - WBO situation shouldn’t be an issue “this is about the fight not the belts”.
    - location he basically says it won’t be in the UK. We’re back in lockdown, he can’t see fans being there next summer so pretty much open to anywhere.

Oh the build up would be absolutely horrific, Joshua's whole Mr Nice Guy thing, trying to sound articulate rather than just being himself and then there's this quite frankly weird freakshow with John Fury seemingly a double act with his son wherever he goes.

If the fight happens I'll bury my head in the sand until they're both in the ring touching gloves, everything before that is just going to be like fingers down a blackboard.

Richard Towers height is always listed as 6ft 8. I used to watch a young Fury spar him and Tyson looked about an inch taller.
