I'm a little bit surprised to see, that Toney wasn't voted in! I thought for sure, that at least 80% of the voting panel would have picked him as one of their 5 choices.

 

I'm surprised Freddie Brown and Jackie McCoy are not already in.

 

I was in the gym In Austin Texas the guys were talking about Floyds arrest for beating his babies Momma. Ann walked by & snapped " So he likes beating women does he, come meet me outside behind the gym & try it on me " I'd pay to watch that one

 

Floyd shouldnt be there either for same reasons as Ward even worse though

 

Laila ali competed when women boxing talent pool was less deep than a puddle of water, in a division that lacks depth even today. i guess canastota is really all about marketing

 

There is an International WOMEN'S Boxing Hall of Fame....they should keep women there and not in the other one.

Solid list,not a fan of Floyd or Klitchcko but obvious choices, same with Ward who is unpopular here but imo is the best super-middleweight of all time and 1 of the smartest fighters of recent years,with an impeccable record as amateur and pro

 

When is Jeff Horn getting in the HOF?

 

Surprised James Toney didn’t get voted in. I definitely would’ve put him in over Ward.

 

Not sure if this is Toneys 1st year of eligibility but yeah he should already be in.
