honestly I think a lot of people would remember Wlad differently if he had just closed out this one fight ...if any fight he needed a big KO, this was it.

Haye just ran around the ring throwing punches from a mile out, it was like a 'no mas' type effort.

Haye had very good movement and was very hard to tag clean especially at heavyweight where the fighters are slower, he had faced faster fighters at crusierweight so if he was able to avoid crusierweight punches then he was able to avoid a big heavyweight's punches

Haye didn't even want to engage.

Wlad didn't need to KO him, his constant running speaks for itself.

It wasn't the best fight, but I thought his performance holds up perfectly well without the KO. Really controlled the fight and made Haye look amateurish.

    Haye didn't run anywhere, that's a myth.
Pull up a round and show me Haye running around the ring??

Anyway, what happened to cutting off the ring and applying some pressure?
Wlad didn't have to go looking for Haye since he was right there in front of him for 12 rounds.
Wlad just didn't want to leave his hands go. It was his reluctance to engage that allowed Haye exit the fight without ever taking a solid blow to the head

Relax Dino, it was tongue in cheek. I wanted Haye to win, no doubt s he lost, but if Klitschko had been as great as some say he should have brutalized Haye.

Haye had an injured little toe. Since you don't push off on that toe it's not going to affect you as much as other injuries.

Regarding the fight, Haye spent most of the night trying to play possum with Wlad and getting jabbed in the face for his troubles. Wlad knew Haye's game and decided not to play it, in favour of taking a wide points decision. Not the most scintillating performance, but then Wlad was always about winning the fight first and foremost.

It was a superb performance from a technical POV. A masterclass in how to control an opponent with footwork and jabs.

Haye was forced to lunge and throw wild haymakers because every time he tried to come forward Wlad would either step out of range or pop him in the face with his jab, frequently both.

lol , calm down fanboy. . He did to Haye what Wilder did to Stiverne. It was the same performance

Stiverne like Haye was a backfoot ambush fighter. Neither of them were good when made come to forward on the front foot.

Except Stiverne was a fat slug and Wilder an uncoordinated goon.

    Otherwise, yup, identical performances.
