Deserve has got nothing to do with it

Remember when people said that Lopez didn't "deserve" a shot against Loma? And then all those "fans" said that Loma would box circles around him anyways? Well look at how that turned out? Who looks goofy now? Now Lopez wants to fight Taylor after he finishes his business with Ramirez. But these same guys say Taylor is "too big, too strong" and Lopez doesn't even deserve the fight anyways. What kind of fans are these guys? You want to complain about the best not fighting the best, but when a fighter has the balls to take on the best at their best they complain. You could put Jesus in front of Lopez and he would still take the fight. Some guys are wired like that.

Now we got the same people saying Usyk doesn't deserve a fight with Joshua. What kind of fans are you?

When a fighter is saying he can kick your ass and really means it, I want to see that fight. That's what Lopez is telling Taylor and that's what he told Loma. He's saying I will beat the brakes off of you. Isn't that what Usyk is telling Joshua? Although in his case I think he's more or less telling Joshua I will outbox you silly and make you look foolish. I want to see that fight.

Deserve has got nothing to do with it. You have a fighter who says he can kick that ass.

 

Heard people say Lopez doesn't a deserve a shot at being undisputed at 140 yet. And heard people saying he had not done enough to fight Loma yet either.

 

Obviously they won't come out and say it now because they would look foolish in retrospect. It's like the people saying Pac would get KO'ed in 1 round by Barrera, Morales, Cotto and Hatton. They were everywhere at one time, but like revisionist history, they have all disappeared and never existed.

 

You can't be serious. There are people everywhere on this board saying Usyk has done "nothing" at HW and doesn't deserve to be mandatory and that Joshua should just vacate.
