He would start out as a dangerous cruiser, perhaps win the inaugural bridgerweight belt, and finish his career as a win-some, lose-some heavy.

Your posting history is basically summarized as follows: The newer the generation of fighter, the better.

Same old nonsense. Trolling at its finest. But I'll address this troll post anyway.

    * Some of the greatest trainers in the history of the sport were around boxing in the 1930s, and the guys training the lower weight boxers also trained the heavyweights, so it makes no sense to call the heavyweights "untrained".

    * "He probably would have his license pulled by the state commission after being stopped repeatedly in four round fights."

Seeing as he went almost the full four rounds with a prime Joe Louis, while carrying a serious hand injury, this statement basically implies Louis was the quality of a modern day 4round fighter.

Brought to you by the same poster who has some novice 140 pound fighters under his wing who'd beat Harry Greb in their pro debuts, of course.

The only heavy now who can feint is Fury, how the hell would Wilder feint Baer he doesn't have a clue how to disguise his punches. Baer - Fury would be 50-50. AJ he'd just have to avoid the big punches for 2 rounds, by then AJ is exhausted. He would murder Wilder.

He has a better chin than Wilder, better defence, hit just as hard. He wasn't exactly Ray Leonard but he still had better boxing skills than Wilder as well. Baer would kill Wilder.

Wilder has no skill, Carnera would probably beat him.
Old school smaller heavies against AJ would just have to let him get tired which doesn't take long. He genuinely can't last a 6 rounds unless you let him just stand there and jab occasionally.
Fighters in the 50s had different kind of fitness to the bloated gas bag AJ, Baer and other 50s fighters would just keep him busy enough to tire, then he's done.

Wilder has more one punch power and a better reach, he would have jabbed Baer`s head off.

Wilder has far skill than Carnera had and far more power, Fury would have finished Carnera in a couple of rounds.

Fury has far better reflexes than Baer had and better movement.

That's why he'd be the only one of those 3 to have a chance

I wouldn't be confident saying that any fighter ever had more power than Baer.

Carnera was far far better than Wilder from a technical standpoint.

In what way? Carnera was clumsy as hell, Wilder`s 1-2 is far better and he`s landed more combo punches in his career than Primo ever did, Primo was an awful combo puncher.

Wilder is more powerful and AJ is more careful, Baer was wide open and rash, you just can`t fight that way now, he would never have won gold at the olympics that AJ won gold in.

There arent any notable heavyweights in history that have less skill than Wilder. Butterbean included.
