If a big enough check is cut it will work itself out.

Wait, so now you just have to win X amount of fights to justify a title shot?
Level of opposition be damned, just fight the fights!?
Did you state the same when Loma moved to 130 and later 135. He got a title shot straight away.
What about Canelo vs Kovalev? Were you vocally against that as well?
Cotto and Floyd got immediate title shots at 154. Where were you then?
    Crawford at 140 and 147?
    Inoue 115 and 118?
    Donaire at 122?
    Manny at 135 and 140?

This is just from the top of my head.

You say Usyk has to beat someone of note while also agreeing that Fury, Joshua nor Wilder did so.
    Hypocracy is thy name, sir.

It's much better to give up the WBO belt.
Losing the belt doesn't take anything off the value of Fury-Joshua fight.

And if Usyk or whoever picks up the WBO belt, it does add value to another 'unification' fight down the line.

I doubt that Usyk or Joyce care much about your opinion, don`t you think ?
If Usyk have a belt, he will 100% gain more, and the fight will be bigger. Usyk has to be complete idiot, to not FORCE Joshua to vacate. Also Usyk will have a word in the negotiate.
Even if they offer big money to stay aside, he needs to reject if, that is the smart move.

A.J should fight Usyk in next fight or vacate WBO World Tittle.

A.J had so much accomplishments by beating uncles :Dand yelling fans are willing to see how criteria might be changed and Usyk is not like bunch with other boxers previously used these rules.

Short story about WBO World Curiser tittle.
Glowacki had won this one when he in the U.S had defeated via stoppage Huck.
Glowacki defeated his tittle vs Cunningham in U.K.
Usyk in order to fight for WBO World Cruiser tittle had in the ring not uncle but 30 years old, undefeated champ in Glowacki, guy with 26-0-0 pro boxing fight record.
Usyk won this tittle from 30 y.o legit champion not from some fluke or wreck.
Usyk had WBO World Cruiser tittle defenses not vs uncles: 28 y.o Mchunu, 28 y.o Hunter, 32 y.o Huck, 33 y,o Briedis, 24 y.o Gassiev and older boxer he had for defense fight was then 35 y.o Bellew.

Usyk not likely is ideal and even in his prime.
Accomplishment wise solution is to manage Usyk vs A.J or for A.J to vacate WBO World Tittle belt.

You might be blessed if will see him vs Fury or Wilder or RuizIII.
Miracle will happen if golden goose will risk too much. Maybe in pre retirement fights.
Good surpise might be even to see him vs Usyk.

You disingenuously leave out the fact that when Joshua fought the title he was already regarded as one of the top HEAVYWEIGHTS in the world and that the level of opposition was not as high as it is now, even the Champion he fought Charles Martin was not particularly high quality. That said Joshua beat Dyllian Whyte before fighting for the title.

    So it’s a combination of:
Campaigning for a number of fights AT HEAVYWEIGHT
High quality performances in those fights
    Beating someone credible if available

Due to his obvious fighting qualities all-be-it displayed so far at Cruiserweight, I’d be happy for Usyk to get his title shot after a couple of fights if he’d fought and beat for example: Whyte & Povetkin and shown that he was a credible threat at HW. Unfortunately he hasn’t fought anyone who should line him up for a Title shot and in the Chisora fight he was a little bit exposed, hit too often and taken the distance.
Not enough IMO to start making demands of the top 2 proven Heavyweights in the World

You think HW division should have other WBO criteria than lower weight classes because HW commands higher purses in pro boxing?

Chisora had went full distance with good boxers, he is not bad boxer. He just is slow, otherwise might had get tittle.

How notable these 3 last A.J fights were?
Picked Ruiz! People in forums and YT comments then had posted a lot before first fight.
If there memory problems, you can check these comments and opinions. Also betting odds etc.
Okey, Ruiz gave upset and finished A.J in distance.
Next fight vs Ruiz had more interest of course.
Now? Pulev!!!! Underdog, ppl in forums doesn't consider him more dangerous than Chisora.
Why A.J didn't choosed fight vs Usyk instead of 39 y.o Pulev?
Okey, predictable result had been achieved, I dunno that Chisora might not defeat Pulev too. Most likely yeah.

Dillian Whyte was a domestic level prospect at the time. He was no where near even top 20.
Other than that, Joshua did nothing to deserve a title shot.
You say Joshua was regarded as one of the top heavyweights? Who had him among the top? He was just a prospect with a mere 15 pro fights.
Do you realize how disingenuous you sound when you say that level of opposition does not matter?
You said that Joshua was regarded as one of the top heavyweights in the world before he fought Martin.
Well Usyk is universally regarded on of the best boxers P4P in the world.

Again, do you complain like this when someone at a lower weight moves up and gets an immediate title shot?
Man, you must have gone bonkers when Canelo challenged Kovalev.
What were you saying when Chocalatito fought Cuadras?
Mikey vs Martinez, Lipiniets and Spence?
    Brook vs Golovkin?
    Khan vs Alvarez?
    Crawford vs Dulorme, Horn?
    Loma vs Martinez and Linares?

Were you complaining then as well?

The sooner this puny pipsqueak Usyk steps aside and let's these huge behemoths fight, the sooner the better. These scrawny cruiserweights have no business at heavyweight!

    When Joshua fought Whyte, Dillian was 16 - 0 with 13 KOs/ ranked 7th
Joshua himself was ranked 3rd in the world

Again, with Fury out of commission there was little quality for Joshua to face as he moved toward his title challenge. He did however have a very impressive 15 performances at HW behind him, he beat the Nō7 ranked fighter in the world to gain the BBBC Heavyweight belt, the Commonwealth Heavyweight Title & also became the WBC international Champion.

Given the sparsity of quality challengers at the time Joshua got his shot at Martin and the HW Title

Usyk has a magnificent record at Cruiserweight but has done nothing at HW except labour to a victory over an aged and slow Chisora. That IMO is not enough to warrant him standing in the way of the 2 highest ranked proven Heavyweight World Champions having a a fight for the Undisputed Heavyweight Title.

I’m not over interested in the lower weight divisions so I rarely espouse an opinion
