I was listening to his corner advise on the radio during the fight and it was far too basic, McCracken is not a world class trainer and AJ relies too much on him, he was getting worried in his corner asking anxiously for advice and complaining that his eye was getting marked up, I don`t think he`s got the right temperament to beat Fury, elite fighters are much more confident than that.

Be violent, bold, and firm. Laugh at the power of other men, because nobody born from a woman will ever harm Fury

Fury is a good fighter now, but this is dreadful, looks like a bar fight.

Looked pretty decent to me. Footwork was good, upper body movement better, even some feints and head movement. Weight was good, not too heavy and muscular. Didn't get overly crazy in the 4th round, took his time and finished very strongly in the 9th. Got some rounds in, far more beneficial than a quick win in 3 rounds. Was it perfect? No, but then very few performances (from any fighter) are.

Some of you guys, honestly. Trolls, Fury fanboys, haters or a mix of all 3. Consider also it was his first fight in a year and this was a very good performance.

It's set the Fury fight up nicely, assuming Usyk (or Wilder) doesn't get in the way first.

I think anyone who was bagging AJ's performance is a hater tbh.

I didn't see gassing but he didn't do what he used to do and go all in when he had his opponant hurt.. Getting ****ed up by Ruiz sorta fixed that flaw.

They had a game plan and he followed it.

He fought a pretty technical fight and did what he had to do against a game fighter.. Nothing to write home about but nothing like the dribble I was seeing in the RbR...

I'm not sure how he is going to beat Fury though and he did nothing to indicate that he could give Fury trouble other than he is a far better boxer than Wilder and has the strength and size to follow up if he hurts Fury which Wilder didn't have (in the first fight)..

His chin isn’t weak and his gas tank has improved since the Klitschko fight.

I don't gamble regularly, so I had no idea that the odds were so whacky until the fight started.

One heck of a missed opportunity.

AJ beat a 45 yr old man, great..?

This is the same man that got utterly destroyed by a fat , sloth , tub of **** mexican.

Many, many of us will never be able to take this seriously again. Fury will destroy this guy and it won't be close.

He looked alright but was really anxious in there. Burned off a lot of nervous energy looking for the finish and in general never looked confident enough to punch with Pulev. Clearly he doesn't trust his chin after the Ruiz debacle and I can't blame him.
