I had exactly the same card as you 119-109

With Smith taking the 1st round

You are right to give Smith credit, he has a decent chin and big heart. People criticising him DKSAB.

It is hilarious that some people actually believe that fight was legit.

Based on what? He's pretty much on evens with GGG as shown in their two fights where they were neck and neck. And I would say in the 2nd fight GGG was not fighting at his peak. Apart from that I haven't seen anything that justifies the consideration you're claiming.

Canelo is a very good fighter at the peak of his prime but hasn't shown he's an ATG and I'd say he probably ranks p4p #2 behind Crawford.

Watch the fight in slow MOE or in reverse:risas3:

I still say GGG edged out the first fight and both were way better than any fight either guy has had since:borra2:

Lovely performance by Canelo. He was a joy to watch there. Liked everything about that performance. Gallagher is a crap trainer at world level. Smith has a lot of good attributes that could be utilised by someone better.

Floyd shut Big Red down and introduced him to catch weight games and A side tactical advantages

Callum Smith needs to be taught how to throw a jab and use it to establish range. He had a massive reach advantage vs Canelo, he could have had a lot of success had he worked behind a strong jab, doubled and tripled it to keep Canelo at bay. He just didn't. Gallagher does not know how to get the most out his fighters.

I get it mate, feel the same way. The guy is 35 years old and just getting started on the world stage. With Covid, age and lack of opponents with the stones to face him, I fear we will never see Beterbiev at his very best.

He's 36 in a month, he's older than GGG was he first fought Canelo and his fans didn't give Canelo credit because they complained that GGG was already too old and past his prime.

Well it’s not like he can talk out of code on TV. He is just playing a role and doing it well

All went as we could expect it. Everyone who thought Smith had a chance was biased as **** and full of Clenbuterol hate OR just didn't know **** about boxing. Seriously. Smith was the perfect matchup for Clenbuterol in all aspects and i had to laugh quite a bit after reading some comments in here like "Smith couldn't prepare, couldn't spar ...". Tons of bull**** excuses lmfao. You guys really think Smith started training when he signed the fight? Lol. Guys like Smith are in the gym all year long and training for a fight even without a fight being scheduled. Especially in a pandemic like this all the top guys are ready for short notice opportunities against the real world class guys. Just stop it. Great performance by CLenbuterol, no question, BUT it was an easy matchup stylistically. So i'm not overthinking or overrating the performance. Smith is above European level but still one class below world level. Beating a shot George Groves or a glass jawed MW in N'Dam isn't anything special at this point. You still have to give credit to Clenbuterol. There is no guy in the world who has a comparable resume. Clenbuterol is #1 P4P without any doubt.

Wasn't where I could score on here but I gave Callum round 1 and 3, nothing else beyond that. (I thought Callum would have a great showing, not necessarily win on the cards but look great) He absolutely didn't fight like I expected him to. How on Earth do you have such a size and supposed strength advantage and you fight like the smaller fighter. That was unbelievable. Canelo looked better against Callum than little Liam. As for Canelo how the hell is he that size? He looked like he was 200 lbs of muscle in the ring, all mass. There absolutely doesn't need to be a third fight with Golovkin, he'd stop him. And this is coming from someone who thought Golovkin won both fights.

first off dude I make my own impression watched last nights fight with no commentary if I was a sheep I’d probably say ggg won like all his stans but he didn’t he got a draw then came back and got the breaks beat off his ass and has gone back to ducking champs and begging for paydays

I gave him round 1 and after that not one single round.
Big Red will most likely drop GGG if he ever decided to face that tough challenge again.
Canelo picking out opposition that looks good on paper but in the end are easy fights
