hurt my back,doing 62.5 kg dumbell rows so out of commission for a few days. Numbers are ok despite the twice a week training.
my training hasnt been going that well gerry,,, ive been drinkin and cutting out way too many workouts,,,, any advice ?
Awesome to see some people training even during this time! This month I started back to the gym after almost a year, and although I feel super rusty and out of it, it feels good to move around for a bit.
It's hard to get into a routine when the gyms are constantly opening and closing. Just lifting in my garage and running for me.
