Hows training going lads

    hurt my back,doing 62.5 kg dumbell rows so out of commission for a few days. Numbers are ok despite the twice a week training.

    my training hasnt been going that well gerry,,,

    ive been drinkin and cutting out way too many workouts,,,,

    Awesome to see some people training even during this time!
    This month I started back to the gym after almost a year, and although I feel super rusty and out of it, it feels good to move around for a bit.:coleman:

    It's hard to get into a routine when the gyms are constantly opening and closing.

    Just lifting in my garage and running for me.
