Rewatched both fights of Golovkin vs Canelo MAN GGG WAS ROBBED!

I'm a fan of boxing, and had no dog in the race, though after the 1st fight if anything in the 2nd I was rooting for GGG. But I scored it 115-113 to Canelo - though I could have seen a draw or 115-113 to GGG depending on what the scorer is looking for - that's where the subjective side of scoring comes in, and at higher fighter levels with feignts and defence it can be harder to score. But I saw Canelo score a lot more to the body in II, and in my eyes GGG was missing or hitting arms and gloves a lot more than he was in the 1st one. But then again I thought GGG had Canelo ready to go in the 10th and the 11th, so it depends on what you value more from a scoring perspective.

Definitely looking forward to watching again!

I watch boxing. As the mantra goes “No Boxing No Life. I have watched it several times the problem is a lot of you are GGG fanboys who think he is invincible.

 

They deserved to be banned. Ruined the mans career to an extent. Or halted It massively due to his age.

 

Yes, you and Adelaide Byrd sure know how to score fights. Of course she is the most condemned, ridiculed and defiled judge in recent history.

 

When she gets it right I will applaud her. If she gets it wrong I will chastise her.

 

Look at how canelo stood in front of GGG, AND made him miss... BRILLIANT

I thought GGG won the first fight 116-113.

I had the rematch 114-114. Canelo put more "hurt" on GGG than vice versa, or it appeared that way looking at them during and especially after the fight, but that's not how fights are scored. I gave them 6 rounds each.

 

Sure, I don't knock Canelo's skills. But he felt those shots.

 

Well that's his fault for waiting until he was 35 to step up and take on an elite opponent

 

the first fight ggg carried canelo. For anybody not to clearly admit he lost that fight is absurd. The second fight was a glorified sparring match i had ggg close but a draw woulda been ok.
