Just saw this fight has been made for the 30th January. Good little fight this. Was very impressed with Charlton last time out. Looks like an absolute unit for the size of him.

The styles should gel well could be a war, who do you fancy ?

quite shocked to be honest matchroom putting two fights on which Adam Smith can actually call them 50/50 fights !!

The winner of this will get a decent contract I would imagine, it needs a crowd though, the London Albanian population would turn out for this

Charlton for me in this one. Not impressed with what I have seen of Marku and Charlton looks solid. Both levels below Kongo though...

I have seen Marku box 3-4 times and have never been that impressed with him, obviously started boxing very late, decent fundamentals considering but as soon as he faces someone who can go toe to toe with him he will fold, as he can't box on the backfoot effectively and all he has to rely on is his power. I have doubts about his endurance too, even in 6/8 round fights he seems to need to take break a bit too often, and that's against very low level opposition.

I don't even rate him as a puncher really, as he's only ever boxed at very low level. I think Matchroom have given him a chance because of his big Albanian following and social media presence more than his talent.

Chris Kongo's response to the possible fight between the two of them was very interesting- he seemed to be a bit bemused by the whole thing and said he considered Marku a keep busy fight.

I would pick Rylan Charlton to beat Marku, Kongo to beat him up and stop him, and Josh Kelly to totally embarrass him (if they ever fight)…

Charlton on points or late stoppage, Marku is better than Laws, but they are both not real boxers with real competitive experience, they seem to be wreckless and not set up punches and combinations properly, not unorthodox which can be useful, just very sloppy and they rush their work, they don't take their time, Charlton seems to be able to take his time and pick his punches with good timing and technique

I wasn’t impressed with Florian Marku’s performance against Stewart. I thought he was getting countered too much and was too open, especially in the second half of the fight as he was tiring. Despite hitting Stewart with the kitchen sink he couldn’t even hurt him.

The draw was a robbery though.

I don’t rate Marku’s chances highly of beating anyone half decent.

Think this could turn out to be a good fight tbh. Whilst Marku lacks fundamentals he's a fighter that will come and fight. If you lack composure and basic boxing technique then Marku will have a field day with you but from what I've seen of rylan he has enough to get through this match.
I reckon Marku and Benn would be a better fight tbh. I'm not certain Benn would come through it although Benn last performance did suggest that he's now finding his style.

Depends if you class Charlton as half decent then.

He had over 50 amateur bouts and to me looked a bit like fitzy when he was 7 fights in. I think he's got potential tbh

Marku is just another Matchroom hypejob, he joins a list with the likes of Babic and others who are either ticket sellers or gimmicks.

Marku is a tough man to beat and I wouldn’t right him off against any top British fighters after a couple more fights. Think Eddie may think he’s one for the future rather than a ticket seller imo.

Yes he lacks any real boxing skills but he's a fighter and has got a lot of ring experience. A good boxer won't have much trouble with him but if your fundamentals ain't there has a tough fight for anyone on the British scene.
