Hard to say. Inoue has the perfect technique and shotgun power to do damage with literally any shot from any range, but lacks that next gen power at his weightclass that some of the other guys have. But over the course of a fight the damage he can do to someone is insane, and he has the speed and boxing iq to make almost any punch land and land repeatedly.

Wilder has the crazy right hand, and considering he's around 215-220 knocking down/out guys in the 240s-260s that's actually a really good measure of how powerful he is P4P. But outside the right hand his punches kind of suck. It's all about leverage for him, and if he can't generate it he can't really hurt guys to anywhere near the same extent.

Beterbiev has that heavy handedness that seems to come from being really strong in the core and tendons and having really solid bone structure. He's the most likely to hurt an opponent with a glancing blow or a shot that isn't thrown with perfect technique or leverage, which makes him dangerous at almost any stage of a fight.

So in terms of one punch power: Wilder.
In terms of heavy handedness: Beterbiev
In terms of damage over the course of a fight: Inoue

Regarding the other names mentioned: Lemieux has that almost perfect left hook, and I don't think I've ever seen an opponent just soak that shot up if he's been able to land it on them. Outside of that though his power is sort of ordinary for this debate. Joe Smith has decent power, but not on the level of the above. He generally needs to break guys down with repeated shots before they crumble, something which he's generally able to do because his boxing iq isn't as rudimentary as a lot of people think.

Did you really expect Manny to get more than 3.4% of the votes? How many one punch KO`s has Manny scored at welter?

Gvozdyk was a better win than every win on Wilders record combined, literally in his 27th professional fight he fought someone ranked 325th in the world

Gvozdyk has done even less in the sport than Beterbiev and that's his best win. unimpressed.

Behave not even you believe this. The man has no concussive power whatsoever. Like at all. He probably needs to land about 10-15 of his hardest flush shots in a row just to equate the effect of one right hand from AJ.

For pure one shot concussive power,,,,,it's Wilder. And I think it's not close.
