I believe the bookies and the boxing community are making a mistake making Ryan a heavy favorite last i checked Ryan was a -400 favorite over Campbell. I think Ryan will do well at the beginning of the fight, however Luke will adjust and be to mobile for Garcia. Luke targeting Ryan to the body will be a key factor in the fight. I do think Ryan can knockdown Luke but i do not think he can Knockout Luke. Ryan seems very limited in his stance, he's use to his opponents just coming straight at him and having his work cut out for him in the knockout.Today he will be exposed for his flaws. Ryan stands up to erect , I believe that will cost him in this fight. He is good at hurting opponents with one shot , but not very good to follow up on the attack. Ryan also seems to gas in the late rounds which could cost the fight and get stopped.Ryan headhunts alot and does not target the body enough. Luke Campbell by decision or late knockout
It could definitely happen. We don’t know much about Ryan at this point other then his potential as a prospect. We know Luke can’t get it done against elites & been dropped in every title bout he’s been in. we are about to find out if Ryan is elite or at the very least how he compares to them with this common opponent.
Hes been 1 year now with team canelo? Remember, he was coached by his brother and dad up until then. I watched some of his early fights, He wasnt patient, didnt jab, or ht the body enough. He has the skill. Im willing to bet you see a patient ryan, working off his jab, touching the body every chance he gets and when he sees the opening hes gonna catch luke.
luke needs a ko, just like callum smith did. You can garuntee two of those cards are pre filled out. Whats new in boxing though?
With what Garcia said shouting wanting to break Luke's eye, wanting break his bones and punish him then I hope Luke lays him out cold I know this is the fight game and I enjoy the violence but it never sits well with me when a fighter who has no previous beef with the other fighter talking about causing life changing injuries. What should I expect after being with slime ball Oscar. Grinning f***ing *****. For the record I think Garcia will have too much power for Luke. Hope I'm wrong
His career speaks for itself. Ive been around for his whole amatuer career and seen him fight. Like i said, the skill is all there. He needs somebody to remind him to use his jab, touch the body as often as possible and to be patient. Early he was just trying to KO everybody.
