You have to explain more than that. Why are vaccines so important to create or be part of a cashless society?
Because when there is no cash and you dont have these vaccines you could in short term suffer some kind of financial penalty....In longer term you may rely on the state for money and would need the vaccines to qualify for the state hand out... This is kind of already happening in Australia where benefits are cut for parents who dont vaccinate their kids

You didn't need to imagine it. Smart phones and social media go back to the 90s. Voice recognition goes back further.
