I'd like to see this but these are two of the four new kings. It would be silly to not let it marinate, build up and sell for ppv once covid has finally ****ed off.

I suppose the issue will be time and the ability to make weight.

Tank won't be fighting any of them soon either because of him being with mayweather promotions.

Having power doesn't mean you will win...Floyd and Ward have proven that against punchers. Haney may not be a devastating puncher but neither is Campbell and he dropped Ryan.

Campbell proved that if Ryan doesn't see the punch coming, he can be dropped and Ryan lack of head movement, chin AWAYS up in the air, bad footwork & positioning...Haney will walk him into something...see what Haney did to Antonio Moran.

Also Gamboa after round 5 was in the Haney fight to survive and you can't knock somebody out if their only goal is to see the 12th but not win.

I fancy Haney by a decision in this one. Just too skilled and has a decent set of whiskers on him, so Garcia doesnt even have a punchers chance.

I love all this "Haney 2 SKILLZ!" nonsense like Ryan didn't go 50/50 with him in the amateurs and Haney himself said they were highly competitive. Garcia will left-hook him into oblivion.

Until I see Haney in the ring with a legit opponent, I don’t see how you can pick him over Garcia. Ryan has proven he can beat a top level challenger. Also, Garcia would probably kill Gamboa, literally. Haney is a good fundamental boxer and is still developing. I like both guys but at the moment, Garcia has a solid edge.

Haney doesn't sell, and people think he can get a points decision against Garcia. Did you guys not see the cards in the Campbell fight. Garcia by decision or KO. No way they let this golden goose lose on the cards.

They will swerve the young heavy hitters like Tank and Lopez. And try to age out Lomachenko.

    Haney is the obvious choice.

I agree. Garcia is flat footed. Haney has decent lateral movement, enough to keep Garcia turning. Tough fight for Garcia, but he is an explosive fighter. That power is a great equalizer. Haney can't sleep or get relaxed in there. Hope this fight happens.

Haney-Garcia is a good fight. I hope that happens. I'm not down on Garcia the way a lot of people seem to be. The knockdown against Campbell was kind of ugly, but stuff happens. I think Garcia will rise to the occasion and beat Haney, probably by decision.

They apparently fought six times as amateurs - splitting the series 3-3.
