I saw Allen get tagged by Little. The difference between the outright puddings Babic has boxed so far and Price is that Price has a pretty decent jab at domestic level and his right hand is power that Babic has never experienced. I do understand where you are coming from because Teper did a job on Price that I think you can foresee Babic doing, but Teper is/was technically better than Babic. Babic has very poor boxing fundamentals whereas Price was a pretty accomplished amateur. The levels between them are vast. Not to mention power also. I'm not convinced that Babic has genuine power at HW at all. He only beat KO'd Little because Little pretty much died from exhaustion, not a power punch or anything similar.
Oh come destruction, let us dream, let us all imagine Babic rolled out on the canvas and Eddie and Sky Sports Boxing telling us it was a "punch from the gods" that stopped the mighty Babic. LET US DREAM, stop talking sense and join in
Let's not forget Chisora was a short notice job and when Chisora was tagged he looked seriously troubled.
Price can beat Babic Skill wise its a total miss match Depends if he is close to retirement and isnt looking for another few pay days
One has to imagine that Price has sparred with countless such puddings. Surely if Babic comes in just swinging away, Price would be looking to crack him with an uppercut, which would probably have Babic in all sorts of bother. It was Price's jab that done David Allen in more than anything else, but as somebody else said Babic would likely be throwing a lot more punches, but at the same time that would leave him a lot more open. The funny thing with Price is that his chin is the equaliser in so many of these bouts that he would otherwise win handily. I thought he would beat Allen and I would pick him here again, as I think Babic is a total pudding and he was there for the taking against Tom Little but he didn't want to dig deep and despite all the talk of his hard training, he was in terrible nick. I'd love Price to send Babic somersaulting out of the ring from an uppercut in the first round.
That uppercut Price caught him with whilst up against the ropes just as the bell rung springs to mind
It's 2021 and people are still talking like Pricey has this one punch power when the truth is he hasn't done that for about 10+ years. Babic runs through him, 1st round KO.
The Croatian Savage vs the Scouse Boiler Technician. Would love to see this. Pricey all day for me. I doubt Babic could get past the jab, and we'll see another majestic Sugar Dave performance like against Allen.
I'd be surprised they'd cash out Babic this early, unless they think Price is there for the taking, let#s be honest Babic is awful
