I seriously cant stand anyone in the division. Haney’s way too cocky and doesn’t realize no one thinks highly of him. Garcia and Lopez act like two kids with ADHD. Tank would probably be annoying if he could get a sentence out. Seriously, these guys all have terrible personalities and it’s a shame because they have a lot to bring for the sport. I try not to focus on personalities in boxing but its hard to ignore when all the top guys in the division are so damn annoying. Anyone agree with my rant
Ryan's personality grinds me because he's younger and is this era through and through, my sons love him though (he is social media and savvy at it. It is what it is). Haney is just a bland guy, he can develop more though, he just isn't a natural at it like Ryan. Tank is a neanderthal................but he's from Baltimore so I get it. Teo seems to be an emotionally stunted dullard. They're not as annoying as Broner
Does Shakur Stevenson land in this bunch as well? He is another fighter who seems phony when he talks but appears to possess great ability. They should all just shut up and fight.
No one seems to give a **** about Loma anymore. It´s absolutely amazing. I think most would pick Garcia, Lopez, Tank and Haney to beat him. It really does feel that way. And what is great about the new young generation is that they all talk a big A-side game. They are adamant that they deserve the entire pie and more money than the can actually generate. I will be amazed if these 4 manage more that 2 fights between each other.
yeah I put loma over all of them Slightest edge to teófimo since he beat him once. I think if the Tank vs King Ry fight gets made ... then most of them will fight each other the money will be there.
Can't wait to see these guys fight each other. I can't say I like or dislike any of them based on their personalities. But it's probably a positive for the sport that these guys evoke strong feelings, positive or negative, with fans. Makes it more likely there will be enough demand to put the matches together! I agree with the previous posting stating that Loma shouldn't be written off so easily. I still rate him second behind Lopez. Great competition potentially with Garcia, Davis and Haney. I think it's premature to put Stevenson in that group as he just moved up to 130. But he could get there with his talent.
As long as they fight each other in the next year or so. I can care less about if some dude is likeable.
