@CutThroatFade he's not proved it but I just think ability wise he is, time will tell. Would be a good fight but my money would definitely be on Williams.

The Smith fights were close and controversial, and Smith is a quality fighter, world level I'd say. Eubank Jr got exposed technically in the Saunders and Groves fights

Both went through domestic level easily, They've both failed at world level. But Williams has improved a lot looked very impressive with 8 KOs in a row. Whereas Eubank Jr seems just the same flawed fighter lacking amateur pedigree, being just a fit tough guy is his main attributes. Williams is the younger hungrier , in form fighter with better technical skills, better power

Both don't really have any notable wins. Abraham and Degale were both completely past it shadows of their former selves.

Groves sustained a horrendous injury in the Jnr fight and wasn’t the same vs Smith imo

Fair points even though I disagree with some. Hopefully the fight happens but I can't see it, I think Eubank has ambitions of fighting a more high profile name.

It's worth mentioning that since the pandemic started last year Eubank seems to have been locked in training with Roy Jones and from the snippets I've seen they've spent a lot of time on fundamentals. I expect to see the best of Eubank over the next 24 months and I think he will win a world title.

Make this fight for beginning of March,

Liam Williams has all the tools to be a top fighter, I just don't think he has the mentality when the going gets tough.

Second Smith fight he almost gave up IMO. On paper Williams is probably better than Smith in every department lol.

You could use the same logic with John Ryder. Yet he moved in in weight, looked good at it and has knocked out some European level fighters and we all know he beat Smith. Before then he got wobbled and stopped by Blackwell.

Williams has basically done the same since he moved up and I think he has a higher ceiling than Ryder.

Why do we hold losses against fighters when they've clearly improved? Numerous British fighters now have improved after moving up in weight earlier enough in there career.

I know your big on Eubank Jnr but there's a reason why he carefully selects who he fights and has never wanted to face prime world class opponents. Only reason he entered the WBSS was because he was getting paid big money and it was a pretty weak lineup.

He isn't improving and although we only got to see him round one against Korobov (who knows what would of happened, Eubank could of won) I saw him getting hit plenty enough in that one round to know he hasn't improved at all.

I listened to RJJ on Joe Rogan and he spoke about what he teaches his fighters and how everything has to be based from the fundementals. He said if they can't do them well that's what they work on. He said that his style was from learning the fundemtals first and foremost. Once he did that he knew how to break and adapt them.

Seriously I would love to see Williams or Brook vs Jr

Hopefully Jr doesn't face some unknown bum, that will be pathetic if he does

He won't fight Charlo or Golovkin.

Targeting Brook and Williams to raise his profile and build some hype behind him since he's not fought for a while.

He'd fight Brook though as he thinks he's done and he'd be able to drag Kell up to Middleweight.

I don't think he's bothered about Williams, just using his name.

He'll try wait another 2 years or so until he's happy Golovkin knees have gave way or something like that, then he'll actually want to fight him.

I'm not sure who to be honest but I think it's a relatively new thing isn't it?

I'm not mad keen on either fighter. Williams is putting a nice little winning run together but they're pretty much domestic level. Whereas Eubank feasts on long past their best names. I've long been a critic of him on here. However, I think he's too much for Williams.

Williams is a better boxer, but he can be dragged into a fight. When it turns into a fight that's when Eubank takes over. I can see Williams not being able to put a dent in Junior, and being dragged into messy inside fight and outworked.
