I got Canelo as P4P. His ability to shift weight and win belts, matched with his agressive slugger style and slick defensive head movement and body rolls makes him P4P in my books... I feel like GGG won bout #1. fight #2 I feel like Canelo JUST edged it, but could understand a draw.

But I'm a fair man and am open to having my mind changed!

Hard to make an argument for anyone else if you look at it objectively. Resume is streets ahead of anyone else.

Regardless of how you feel about Canelo and regardless if you feel he's been on the better end of the scorecards, I gotta admit that yeah, as of now, Canelo is probably a P4P.

Looking at it realistically of course...

In before people start spamming about Golden Boy pre-filled scorecards, robberies, NSAC, blah blah blah

    I’d put Canelo at #1, Usyk #2

    Usyk at heavyweight though?

I didn't think he looked fully convincing against chisora

'Resume' is just about brand names these days. Promoters literally use old/beatable 'name' fighters to fool the fans and it works a treat.
Here are some 'name' wins that aren't what they seem.

    Mosley - old.
Cotto - old, huge size difference.
Khan - lol for MW title + huge size difference.
Chavez Jr - semi-retired, past it
Jacobs - past it, drained, recently lost to Rosado
    Golovkin I - lost easily, Golovkin middle-age
Golovkin II - not a convincing win even if you gave it to him, Golovkin even older
Fielding for SMW title - blatantly drained and zombified
Kovalev for LHW title - short turn around from near TKO in Yarde fight, drained, middle-age

Short camp tricks attempted but failed: Saunders, Plant
Short camp tricks achieved: Kovalev, Smith
    Ageing opponent achieved: Golovkin x2

Open ducks: ducked Golovkin for Khan for MW title, ducked Golovkin for Chavez and others.

    PEDs violation officially: x1
PED eye witness accusation from opponents: x 1 (Golovkin claiming injection marks on abdomen in first fight).

Suspect weight cutting amount 'naturally': Yes. Liam claimed he himself drained 17lbs for the 154lb fight (large cut) and Canelo was still significantly bigger.
Suspect physique transformation over the years: Yes.
Suspect performance transformation: Yes, power and endurance (despite added bulk).

Violation of Malignaggi's Law (going up through weight classes effortlessly and maintaining power): ABSOLUTELY.

    This is your P4P?

As it stands yup. I enjoy watching him.
I have seen no solid proof of PED cheating, he was cleared as I understand it.

I agree Golovkin won #1 and could even maybe give him #2 but he was/is on the older side. But he looked very convincing in his last fight.( I really like GGG, but I think Canelo would convincingly win a third, like you said Golovkin is aging.) And as for saying he ducked GGG, he fought him twice.

As for the weight issues, these guys are agreeing to fight him. So what can you do.

I look forward to seeing BJS and Plant fight Canelo for unification and because Canelo has announced his intention to fight the best at 168 these guys can't say short camp, because they should be ready for a huge payday.

Who you got? I can be convinced otherwise but not just by putting Canelo down.
