Inoue controls the ring in a way Garcia does not.

I think there is a huge gap in talent with inoue being the better of the two. But, I predict inoue is going to turn into nonito donaire eventually and rely on his power, throwing one shot at a time. Its just a matter of time

Other than hand speed I don't see the comparison.

Inoue has much better footwork and movement, Garcia just stands there while Inoue is always moving in and out of range and a constant threat. While Garcia can counter punch he isn't half as dangerous as Inoue on the counter. Inoue doesn't have the greatest defence but he's Pernell Whitaker compared to Garcia, at least he knows to tuck his chin in. Inoue is also far more dangerous a body puncher, he cripples guys with body shots.

Oh sure, exactly the same. Except for Inoue's superior footwork. And superior defense. And superior technique. And firepower in both hands rather than just a left hook.

...you know, come to think of it, they aren't remotely alike at all.

there is no real similarities between the two

One is world class and P4P whist the other is decent and learning on the job

That's two fights in a row Luke has made a LW look better than they actually are at 135. I think the issue with the current rating of Garcia is the overrating of Campbell.

Garcia is not in the Inoue conversation just yet....

There's been no instance where Inoue relied on or even looked like he was relying on his power to win a match.

Inoue is the best puncher in the game:
    • Distance (he can level opponents from near and far, going forward or fading back)
    • Traps (counters)
    • Punch Selection (combinations open body and head)
I don't even really think Inoue looks for the KO unless the guy is dropped/badly hurt. His power and technique is just that real.

I doubt he'll end up like Donaire, prime George Foreman, and Julian Jackson.

Other than both being Mexican American, I don't see anything to compare.
