Disagree reckon wilder is potentially a top 2 heavyweight. I still say he,d knock joshua out as much as you hate to hear it.

Joshua will give fury a much better fight tho tbf. I wouldnt even completely right him off winning it. But in terms of head to head wilder will knock joshua out.

Wilders actually a good fighter...hes low skilled but well coached. Hes actually a nightmare for most guys. Not least povetkin and ruiz. If wilders got size on you...its gonna be a long night. He just backs off when they go forward to punch. In typical klitchko fashion he then sneaks into range to get his jab off. Then goes back to frustrating opponents by backing off when they go forward to punch. Klitchko spent a lot of his career doing the same thing. Eventually it frustrates opponents enough to become open for the right hand...from there its only gonna end one way.

Joshua has a better chance with his size and how dangerous he can be than them two but at some point wilder will land that right hand on him. Hes too static and too slow moving backwards to avoid it. Fury was a nightmare for wilder because he can attack from different angles and he can throw on the move. Joshua has to plant his feet to throw...its that that will make the big difference. And leave joshua a sitting duck for the big right hand.

His right hand means he’s always going to be dangerous. He’s very unique in that his style would ice some top heavies, but see him struggle against lesser fighters.

Whyte, who’s seen as one of the better contenders, would get absolutely wiped out against Wilder, and easily, in my honest opinion. Whereas I reckon Wilder struggles with Chisora.

Anyhow, in terms of fighters who I think beat Wilder more than he beats them right now:

    Yoka
    Ruiz (in moderate shape)
    Parker

I know, Yoka is green etc etc, but honestly, I reckon he’s a match for anybody.

Wilders a sitting duck for anyone who can crack, has good technical skills, good timing and has decent front foot and inside skills. AJ KO’s him.

What makes you say there's no little interest? AJ v Fury will literally be the biggest HW fight in ages. You think this board w/ little traffic represents the scope of interest in the world?

Nah, snipers can get out of trouble and have a back up plan.

As i've said before due to the uncanny similarities in both stories, Widler is more like the "Happy Gilmore" of boxing, but unlike Happy, he won't correct his short game.

Erm, sniper simply refers to a long range boxer with a propensity for finding a single big shot to end fights. That is Wilder to his core.

So your saying the term sniper in boxing has no connection to the conventional term sniper?? Lol ok then...

If I was to connect him to the conventional term "sniper" as any normal person would in this scenario, it seems he's only a sniper at the carnival stalls, since he's so used to knocking over all those tin cans.
So the term sniper would then makes sense to me.

After the way Joyce comfortably neutralised Dubois offence and in particular his jab, added to Joyce's granite chin, excellent stamina and unorthodox style, I think he does to Wilder what Fury did. Joyce would only have to bully Wilder once in a clinch for him to start 'Juggernaut' ing forward, putting Wilder on the back foot, roughing him up and taking him out.

What you,ve seen is him lose to a guy with phenomenal timing...great footwork...and great frontfoot skills in fury. Fury completely wrecked wilders gameplan...with his ability to punch on the move and attack from different angles. Without having that tho your facing a completely different wilder.

The truth is joshuas winning these fights because hes a physical specimen these 40 year olds cant really handle anymore. Its not down to any of the things you,ve listed above. Hes not winning them because his footworks great or his timings great or that hes good on the inside.

Wilder would need to make a massive mistake to let joshua in on the inside. These guys joshuas fighting usually have to come in on him...its easy to look good on the inside in that scenario.

Wilders lighter on his feet. He,ll get the jab off on joshua. Joshua pretty much needs to plant his feet to jab. From there joshua will need to start chasing slightly. And its there wilders at his most dangerous with the right hand.

Fury got off first because he can punch on the move and come in at different angles. It took away wilders right hand. And wilders whole gameplan works around the right hand.

The problem is theres not a lot of ways to stop that right hand. Your taking a risk trying to breach it to fight on the inside with him. Your almost walking the plank. Joshua doesnt have the movement or angles and isnt able to attack on the move anywhere like fury can. Thats where his problem will be. There big guys that punch hard so anyone can win it but i,d favour wilder to knock him out if i was betting on it.
