I'm jokin mate....but that's the level of confidence I have in Joe picking up the win in that one lol
I'd love to pick Froch here. And for a while I would vehemently argue Froch would walk Calzaghe down, but let's be honest, he's no chance here.
Great post,Joe also stands in the (pocket close) better than most boxers I've seen without getting hit much,Froch does not & this is his undoing.
Calzaghe wins not a doubt in my mind. Froch way too slow and lacks the foot speed to keep up with the pace Joe would set. Joe wins by a WIDE ud...
If it's so pointless why are you here. I think it's a fight people would have wanted to watch, it would have definitely been a war, Froch wanted it and Joe didn't! I guarantee Joe doesn't hurt Froch, he might win by landing 1000 slappy punches but if he lands Froch could hurt Joe.
Calslappy slaps him to a UD win. Froch wins 1 or 2 rounds and his fragile ego convinces himself that it was close.
Froch stands no chance. He's not winning on points in a million years and he's not knocking Joe out in a million years either. Joe had a chin every bit as good as Carl's in his prime. Oh yes he did. This is an injury-ravaged Joe who had only sparred 14 rounds in two years This content is protected If you pay close attention you'll notice Eubank's rock-like noggin crashing into Joe's face with force many times but he just fired right back with shots of his own This content is protected Carl Froch BEST PUNCHER Robin Reid: He hurt me the most with a single shot. I can’t say George Groves because he caught me square on in the first fight, when I left my feet behind me. That was a heavy knockdown made worse by my balance being off. Also, after his fast start dwindled, I came on strong, so I can’t say Groves. I remember Reid hitting me and saying, ‘beeping hell, that hurt.’ Jermain Taylor had me down, but that was more of a sharp shot. Robin Reid could really bang, and in my opinion he deserved the win over Joe Calzaghe in their fight. That said, Calzaghe had to be tough to walk through the right hands he took from Reid. ''Froch does hit hard but again not the hardest puncher I've been in with ROBIN REID hit harder when he was in his prime.'' --Tony Dodson Richie Woodhall BEST CHIN Calzaghe: He was a tough geezer. I wasn’t a devastating puncher; I was more of a worker, and that showed against Calzaghe. I hit him many times but nothing affected him Mikkel Kessler Joe was also awkward and effective. And he could take a punch. I would say I hit Joe with some of my hardest shots ever and he took them. Carl is more a hard hitter but he’s slow. But Carl doesn’t respect anything. Even if you hit him really hard he will still come forward.
