    He's been catching Romero's glove with his forearms and doing very intentional low blows but the ref is calling them a couple seconds after they happen.

    Yep. Strange fight, this. Catching with the gloves, low blows. Weird punches. Knee buckles. A 2 point deduction.. A lot of odd things in a short amount of time.

    Using your arm to block is not illegal. The low blow that he got deducted for , no problem with that call.
