Basically, just list of bunch of boxers who are smooth and fluid with the movement, for example:

Jorge Linares, Nomaschenko, Joey Spencer. Shawn Porter.

Ha, all-time? That list there is only current and active....

That being said, for current and active, I have to agree that Jorge Linares is the smoothest in the game. Perfect technique, amazingly smooth and fluid. I'll miss him a lot when he's gone. Let's see if Haney can hang with that.

Looooool at Porter ever being considered a smooth boxer, let alone of the smoothest ever. Linares is a good shout, he's a very complete boxer when he gets in his groove, shame about that chin. The type of guys you're looking for are:

    Ezzard Charles
    Jose Napoles
    Ernesto Marcel
    Midget Wolgast
    Harold Johnson
    Ismael Laguna
    Salvador Sanchez
    Kuniaki Shibata
    Gilberto Roman
    Santos Laciar
    Lionel Rose
    Pascual Perez

I'd say Román Gonzalez. His ability to switch up his offense and defense is smoother than a baby's butt.

Pernell Whitaker for me...fluid as you like ..just lookin at his jab and straight the way it flows...might have the best one -two I've ever seen..or the way hed throw that and then follow it with a left and right to the body.. beautiful to watch

In modern times, I would go with Whitaker.
