With social media nowadays it's easier than ever before to get your message across, if Loma first accepted defeat and then incessantly demanded a rematch, gave interviews along with other publicity stunts then maybe he'd get a rematch. Instead he's acted like an immature, brat who hasn't given Lopez an ounce of credit, blamed an injury basically disrespecting and attempted to devalue Lopez's legit win.
I hope Loma get's the rematch I really do so we can put all this to bed but there are ways and means of doing things and Loma has gone the wrong way about it.

It's funny but there's a fine line between trash talking, calling people out and coming across as a complete idiot and he's managed to cross that line.

At this stage I think he's a bit screwed and I can see him getting frozen out of the division with the 4 wannabes dominating unless Lopez moves up.

I think Loma Tank il should be next as I can't see the other 3 fighting either of them next

Shoe on the other foot. If Loma had won, do you think he would have given Teo a rematch? It appears that Loma wouldn't have granted a rematch due to the fact he didn't want a rematch clause in the contract to begin with. In my opinion, Teo is doing exactly what Loma would have done if he were victorious. Loma's arrogance got the better of him this time. It happens. Fighters need to be arrogant sometimes. Like I stated before, it would be a shame if a rematch doesn't happen. It would answer the question about Loma's shoulder for sure.

If Lopez was Loma's most profitable option he would 100% make the fight.

Kombozo's fight is falling apart because there is zero interest in the public demand. Tank and Garcia are not fighting him. Haney handlers are not going to arrange a deal that rents him out to ESPN to enter a fight with a decision he will not get.

So unless he decides to go to 140 and fight Prograis (which is a very legit fight) then it becomes hard to duck your most profitable fight.

The Loma rematch is the fight to be made. Like I mentioned in my first post, fear isn't what's driving Lopez's actions. People saying he's cared is just foolish. I just believe there are other issues that are imvolved.

Which, in actuality, is usually the case. The business side of boxing is usually where rhe blame lies in such things.

loma would win a rematch and lopez knows it.loma was overly cautious and gave away the early rounds.and he was winning the late rounds. he will have to earn a rematch.

Lopez wouldn't take the fight if he earned 5x the amount of any other fight. He's mentally defeated and knows he'd lose.

How does it feel to get utterly dominated in the second half of a fight knowing the fighter you fought was injured and you were unable to deal any damage?

Lopez saw something that night that makes him thank God that he somehow got the win. He knows he won't win again. I don't blame him for ducking the rematch Lennox Lewis style.

Loma needs to just give up on the idea of his next fight being a rematch with Lopez and beat another top contender so that this can truly be called a duck instead of just crying Lopez doesn't want to run it right back. Loma had every opportunity to put a rematch clause in the contract but he didn't.

I dont realy care most likely u are right he would not have gave Teo rematch.

    Both are assholes

Still Loma could have moved down after they could not remach money agreement and Teo would not
I really dont care what loma would have done had he won. I guess if it were controversial he would have pressure to make rematch.

What we now know that they both are agnorant and a-holes.

Some try to portray Teo as some nice guy...

I can agree with your assessment. You show zero hypocracy. I can appreciate that.

Them both being azzles is a fair point, and probably explains why in this case I have zero pity for Loma, and wouldn’t have any for Teo if the roles were reversed.
