Seems like he's talking a huge game, saying he's easily gonna beat Canelo and telling Benevidez to wait like a little boy hahah.
Gonna be interesting to see what he does after this mandatory.

I don’t blame him one bit for telling Benavidez to wait when it was clearly Benavidez’s management that was stalling the fight. Now he’s not a champion, which he lost twice outside the ring, he wants to call for the fight.

Plant knows that DB will KO his ass, so he wants that Clenelo paycheck first.

Caleb Truax is rated #6 by Ring. That’s higher than BJS and Benavidez and last opponents. Again he’s definitely trying to cash in on the Canelo fight but let’s not act like he wasn’t callling Benavidez out for 2 years when he had the WBC belt. And Benavidez management clearly stated it was too early but now he can’t get the WBC belt back he says Caleb needs to fight him to get Canelo. It doesn’t work like that and I don’t blame Plant for what he said.

It's a clear as day duck. Caleb lucked out that he had the stamina to hold off Uzcategui, who came on strong in the last five rounds. He won't have that stamina against David, because David will tax that ass earlier and far more than Jose did.

    Having stamina isn't luck.

Plant is hard to rate. He looks like he's got the goods but his opposition has been mediocre at best. He's potentially wasting his prime by not fighting the top guys, which to me looks like a lack of confidence in his ability to beat them.

I liked the way he dealt with Canelo. If all the champs dealt with Canelo like Plant and Saunders (demanding proper recovery time and camp, no hydration clauses), Canelo wouldn't be able to play his games. But there's a always a weakest link who bends. Smith is the latest, Kovalev and Fielding before him. Khan and Chavez for weight reasons. And there will be more to come, no doubt.

Here's Caleb Plant-based balls wearing a ton of makeup as he ducks DB.

Also didn't realize that Quasimodo worked for FloydHype.

Benavidez lost his title on the scale,,,can't take him seriously at 168 anymore. Plant shows a lot of skill he just needs the bigger fight
