Out of Clenelo, Inoue and Usyk. Clenelo has the best resume out of anyone in the top 10 but he lost both of his fights to a way past prime old GGG who is apparently a ''bum'' after shamelessly ducking a younger closer to prime version and the best case scenario for him is he's either 0-1-1 against an old way past prime ''bum'' GGG or if you want to be especially generous to him and champion corruption (which to be fair his doe-eyed fangirls worship at the altar of) and go against popular opinion he's 1-1 against an old way past prime ''bum'' GGG. Not to mention the numerous other gifts he's received from the judges and the long history of absolutely scandalous with a capital S judge's scorecards in his favour.
I don't at all buy Usyk's inclusion after his move up to heavy. Much as there are things I dislike about his career, I'll concede that Canelo deserves to be top. Fury? Spence?
