This is how I see it. Wouldn’t be surprised by Usyk dominating or getting ktfo in sensational fashion.
Couple years ago I might pick Wilder. Todays version coming off of Fury's mental and physical demolition job on him, coupled with his inactivity and climbing age, Id pick Usyk at this point.
The absolute clearest thing is his gas tank. Hand speed is another. By the way on the original subject I chose Usyk by decision but it could really go any which way, I could even see Usyk being too defensive and losing a decision. It seems that this is worth making though I would prefer to see either of them against Whyte.
Genuinely anything could happen in this one (except a Wilder decision) I reckon. It would be nail biting stuff as the Wilder right hand would always be a threat even if he is getting totally outboxed, the question would be would he be able to land it on Usyk. I think he could at least once, which would then beg the question how would Usyk take the shot. Not to mention Wilder would be forced to fight at a pace that he's never fought at before, could he keep up? Great fight, would love to see it.
You mean swinging wild the entire fight and eventually landing because he fights bums. Wilder never knocked out anyone as good as Takam
If compare with plenty of top HW yeah but he is slower now than he was in WBSS and thing there is not mythical "HW power " and another stuff usually used by boxing fans. Chisora is more diverse and skilled but he is SLOW boxer and now looks that also without good gas tank. Yeah, Wilder like Usyk loves range. Usyk loves this in - out from long– middle range a lot. Wilder needs this to set up his power hand. Btw I think Wilder is pshysically capable to hurt and damage boxers also with his not power hand, due to fact that he is pretty agile for HW boxer, also reach there is advantage. Still he is too one dimensional boxer and too predictable boxer. If Wilder will improve he might be more dangerous than his current version. Since their last fights looks that Usyk also uses his non power hand significantly more than Wilder.
The two most probable outcomes are either Usyk by decision or Wilder by KO. Wilder did not possess the boxing ability to outbox Usyk and while this last scenario is slightly possible but highly unlikely Usyk might get a tko.
Is Wilder ever going to fight again? If he does, I could see the them putting him in with a few easy KO opponents to puff up his confidence and box office. He’s a broken man and I don’t see anyone paying him the huge money he will demand unless he builds up the hype.
I’d love to see this fight happen. Usyk UD. Usyk would have to be careful though. I think this would be a very interesting match up
Takam has done absolutely nothing to be considered any better than Luis Ortiz. I'd love to hear why you think he is. Imo pointing to Takam as Chisoras best win as evidence he's better than Wilder, who was actually a world champion and olympics medalist, is perplexing to me
