Teofimo Lopez vs George Kambosos possible for June 12th

I'm looking at a map right now and neither Australia nor Honduras are close to Puerto Rico?

 

Lopez would refuse a rematch with Loma for this?

 

He doesn't like Loma. He's going to take his win and run; not because he doesn't think he can beat Loma again, but because it's more satisfying to watch Loma seethe.

 

He'd go down on his own mother before facing Loma again.

 

Why not fight in oz? More relaxed restrictions could get a live crowd. Kambosis is no real threat, no need to worry about judges, ref etc.

 

I actually like the fight, i think Kambosos is tough and can bring out the dog in Lopez.

Cant see it being in new york, covid infested plus dont think georges managment would want teo to have the home town advantage.

 

I don't think the fight will be in Australia b/c George doesn't have a significant enough following here to make it pay.

 

Teo wins fairly comfortably in my opinion. The only way I see Teo losing is if he is too complacent.

 

I do quite like this fight. I watched George fight Lee Selby last October and he looked like a fairly strong and talented young lad. I think this could be a good fight and not a half bad maiden defence of Lopez's unified status.

 

Won’t happen. The public will call him out for not having a rematch and will call him a coward. Then Tea will seethe.
