Pac will lump him up man.. i dont think of the canelo fight with Floyd, because 1 floyd isnt a KO puncher or at the higher weughts was he known for being aggressive.. when i think of a young fighter going up against the power punching dynamo, i look to one fight for an example of too much too soon, and thats Trinidad vs Vargas.. Vargas was ruined at only 22, he was never the same after that fight, and i could see the same happen to rye if he fought pac.

That Manny is considering this fight tells me quite a bit about where he thinks he is at this stage of his career. He can't beat Crawford or Spence, fights he could get with a phone call. There's a distinct possibility that he could wind up like Oscar was against Manny, unable to pull the trigger against a quick younger fighter.

The more I think about it, the more pointless this fight is. For starters, what weight class? 140 would be the lowest Pac should ever go. Any lower and he's a KO loss in the waiting. And RG hasn't even been to 140. Sort of a lose-lose for all involved. Pac beats a kid who's done nothing or RG beats an old weight drained Pac.

You had to think about it to come to that conclusion?

I didn't mind it at first for the entertainment value it'll produce.

I actually don't mind it at all. Its at the very least interesting, and at best it will make an aging legend more money than any other fight and who can hate on that.

If this is an exhibition as reported then bets will be suspended/voided, surely as Tyson/RJJ was

I have no interest in this fight bro, theres no point to it. Pac would demolish him in a real fight. RYE should focus on his division.

Well Rye and Pac both have big followings so it will produce the numbers, but how good will the fight be, is the question. Imo Rye isnt ready for even this version of Pac whos still good enough to beat Young gunz like Thurman and Broner at this point. Rye went down hard to southpaw Campbell, nuff said. I dont like it.

I think this is a bad match up for Manny. Speed kills and its even worse when your an older fighter facing a younger fighter with TONS of speed.

Pac will be almost 43 and inactive for almost 2 years. He'll only know that he can't pull the trigger when the opening bell sounds. If he's lost a few ticks, he could be a sitting duck.

Nah, all the wars pac has been in and he still hasnt lost too much. I think Rye is in over his head.. im not falling for the hype for this one.

Younger than pac, and definitely more proven than Rye. If you have an issue with young gunz regarding prime fighters like Thurman And broner when pac fought them, then ill refer to Rye as Baby Gunz.
