Weaknesses on which we can debate : Usyk: small for HWs Joshua: chin Fury: no fast hands Wilder: fundamentals and chin Ruiz: athleticism
Vs Glowacki and especially vs Briedis this was best, most mobile Usyk's version. Briedis does hit very hard and Usyk was enough smart to defeat him in close fight on points, props for him. Especially if thinking about reality: Briedis then was most dangerous CW boxer for clinch fight. He definitely is more dangerous than Pulev or Chisora, considerably more versatile and mobile than these both + he really does hit very hard if landed properly and is capable to take a punch too. If you mean Ruiz I fight, Ruiz does hit very hard and is good in counters there. This is damn game vs him there. Ruiz is pretty dangerous, looks that does have considerably better gas tank than Pulev and Chisora, not slower hands thand Usyk, more single punch power than Usyk and is comfortable with clinches unlike Usyk. Ruiz ofc does have a lot of flaws : might be corrected if he will be seriously motivated for some 6 months in row.
I think Usyk has a decent chance against Joshua. I'd make AJ the favorite at this time, but if Usyk is on he could win a decision. I think Fury-Usyk would be frustrating to watch. They're both good technicians, and I'm afraid it would be monotonous. I'd go with Fury based on what I've seen. My guess is Usyk outpoints Ruiz.
In terms of skill Usyk is far better than that neanderthal Fury and AJ... Fury and Ajs main advantage is their size which is very significant
He's great at looking for a payday so he can retire in peace. Shame Fury ruined his little party & literally belittled him in front of the world This content is protected
He'll get my respect once he beats joy Joyce.....and he must fight him like a man...not like the Chisora debacle
Ruiz on his best day, or his hypothetical best day after 6 months of the Rocky training montage, would have a puncher's chance against Usyk. AJ stood straight in front of him, Usyk is all angles.
Usyk reminds me of Ali. Current Usyk would actually be a large heavyweight in the 70s which makes me laugh because people say he's too small for current heavyweights. I wish him the best.
You need boxers just stand and bang. To prove for you that one is good boxer, he should stand in front of the opponent and trade punches. Of coruse you never will respect even fighting IQ. You need Rocky III and Rocky IV film in the ring. Sadly this will not ever and even happen with no one boxer in the ring. Usyk does know how " good " Chirora's gas tank is and why not to use this? U hate EE fighters and this is not only with Usyk or Loma. U hate EE boxers a lot. For 6 months in row seriously motivated Ruiz after this will be big problem for everyone. With big question IF he will be motivated for half year in row.
Most skilled heavyweight? He's hardly ****ing fought anyone!!! Most skilled cruiserweight ok, but you can't just transfer his achievements at cruiserweight to his heavyweight credentials mate. At least wait until he's fought anyone close to top standard at heavyweight.
If for you HW credentials might be 39.y.o Pulev version beatup then be sure: guys like Dorticos, Briedis and Usyk are capable to beat Pulev up, fact that " it's heavyweight " will not help for him there. Like Pulev for example? Where there is so calles worshiped " top skills level?" Only advantage they does have vs CW boxers is their SIZE. If you value only size, then sorry, Dorticos for sure will switch off lights from dudes like Canelo or Floyd.Jr cos he is larger and sorry, hits harder than Pulev for sure. You are just EE fighters hater.
HW divison is most funny division. Who is there in top? Very large dude, recently had been supposed retired from competitions and possibly obese. Now he is champ. Then: large bodybuilder with a lot of flaws despite he in overall is not bad boxer. Next: 32 y.o 252 lber recently KTFOed by 41 y.o 225 lbs boxer. Next: 41 y.o 225 lbs boxer. What there remains? Talented boxer with short reach, leg lazy and we don't know will he be motiveted or no to prepare for next fights. 39 y.o Pulev. Anyone else here?
