Who should Nate Diaz fight next? (I think it comes down to 4 options...)

    Dustin or Ferguson.

I think the latter is a war on both the feet & ground.

Diaz needs fights with sluggers. Conor would be good, too.

Diaz is nowhere near the ability of Porier, Dustin should focus on trying to become lightweight champ, Diaz is not rated among the top 10 P4P MMa fighters and never was.

He should be fighting at 155, so Tony would be a good fight.

If he fights at WW, it just means he's going the lazy Diva/Conor route of not wanting to make weight, and he's too small for WW naturally

Tony's the fight to make. Wish Tony would retire though. And Nate too. Both guys are probably going to be in a lot of trouble a few years down the road

From what i read. nate wants to fight the top 155lbers, but only at 170lbs. This dickheads 15 mins of fame dried up years ago with that win over Mctapper, done nothing since other than Jorge's punching bag. Stick a wig on him and he can be a ring card *****.

You guys talking about Dustin Poirier? Nate vs. Dustin Poirier? What the ****? Dustin is the champ. Nate Diaz is 1000000 miles away from a title shot. He will never ever fight again for the title. Get your **** together. The fight isn't on the table.

There is only one real option at this point: Nate vs. Tony. Both are shopworn, both coming off losses but both are entertaining as **** and would sell a PPV. If Nate will ever fight again it's Tony.

Nate is still 1 of top draws in combat sports and him against anybody does huge numbers for the UFC,which is only reason Dana said they would make the fight with him vs Poirier at 155 depite being totally different stages of there careers.
Dustin isn't the champ yet he's still number 1 in the division now khabibs gone and he should be fighting for vacant title, while Nate isn't anywhere title picture and i agree he needs a couple wins and plenty good fights that make sense but none more so then the TFerg fight or maybe the Conor trilogy fight, if the UFC change there mind about the likely Poirier v Conor trilogy next

Dustin will fight McGregor in a third fight / rematch in a few months (they're aiming June/July). Dana already confirmed that even though it's unclear at this stage whether it will be a title fight or not. I don't think so but we'll see. I just don't think a Nate Diaz fight makes any sense for DP at this point. DP is 32 years old, not exactly in his physical prime but still young enough to fight at least 2 or 3 more years on a very high level. Khabib is gone for now and DP is leading the wolf pack at 155. The division isn't exactly stacked right now. You have 4-5 guys on top and DP already beat two of them (McGregor, Gaethje). Nate also didn't fight at 155 since 2015 so i doubt he gonna fight DP at 155 at this point in his career and DP not moving up to 170 anytime soon - not even for one fight. DP has a clear path of opponents right now with McGregor III and if he wins he'll get the title shot against one of Gaethje, Chandler, Oliveira or let's make it a bit more speculative and risky in terms of a prediction....Beneil Dariush who is on a six fight winning streak and if he wins another two fights against ranked guys i can see him being in the mix. I can definitely see Nate vs. DP happen at some point but not in 2021 and most likely not in 2022 and i'm not so sure if Nate is still fighting in 2023 lol. I mean you can not even call Nate an active fighter right now. He fought twice in the last 4,5 years. Out for another 1,5 years since the Masvidal fight. Barely a guy you can really trust to fight anytime soon. Anyway, i think the UFC will definitely try to make Nate vs. Tony at 170. Tony looks dead like a zombie at 155 recently and is probably another weight cut and 15 minutes away from a career ending beatdown so they will probably go the Veteran vs. Veteran route. They already did it with the Diego vs. Cowboy matchup which is scheduled for May.

you want to see nate fight or get retired? Neither diaz could beat jorge at any point in their careers.

Um, Masvidal already battered Nate. And big bro has been retired for god knows how long now.
