Brings back memories of when Sky used to show decent domestic fights on a Friday with evenly matched contests topping the bill
Turned over from the football for the main event. Cracking fight, free of charge, whatever the BBC say about MTK and who owns it, they have been a welcome addition to British boxing. As someone said earlier, just like the old Friday night fights on Sky ( No Smith, Macklin, Nelson, Froch or Bellew....beautiful! ).
Wonder what all the MTK fighter who slated Dubois for staying down with a broken eye socket made of the ending?
Was thinking similar earlier, that main event deserved to be seen by more than 14k people. Though was on espn+ so a few yanks probably watched too
I agree, heartbroken. Gwynne "hearted" all his instagram posts, all his Facebook posts, then he asked McCombs out for dinner, sent him texts telling him he loved him and then just broke it off, no reason, no explanation. McCombs may never love again
To me it looked like he’d had his nose broken or something by a shot just as a turned away to his corner. Might be wrong and I know fighters fight on with nasty injuries all the time. Good fight, Gwynne was relentless and just bullied him. Looked a lot bigger too.
