Not mentally equipped? It’s AJ that quit lad not fury. Fury isn’t my favourite fighter either, nice try though
He's definitely become less confident He doesn't like to engage on the inside at all. You have to have faith in your chin in boxing. You think Fury would have decimated Wilder like that if he lacked confidence? No he believes he can walk through a wall even if he's had the wall drop him before. People say AJ activity will help him, how? he's fought a midget twice and an old midget, both of which he was reserved against. Different ball game when he is up against a bigger man. He's never fought a bigger man who is stronger and better up close...and better outside. It's going to be a wake up call and AJ knows it...he knows it.
The AJ fans know what I’m talking about, they know the truth I’m dealing out to them here. Pulev fight has proved his heads gone. The confident AJ before Ruiz 1 would’ve obliterated Geriatric Pulev, But not the one After Ruiz sonned him
Fury either cherrypicks, retires or goes on a drugs binge the moment he has a bit of success. Right now even he’s wanting to get a tune up right before facing AJ. You can tell he’s not gonna fight AJ because of his weight, he’s not tried to stay in shape at all. He knows he’s gonna fight another plumber like Schwarz.
He retired then went on a drugs binge, it was all one episode, not multiple retirements. Notice how he comeback after so long out and fat an ripped a title off a man easily though. We need to look at the positives here
What about the other things I’ve mentioned? He ducked the immediate rematch with Wilder and fought two bums back to back and nearly lost to one because it was a hard style for him to deal with, despite Wallin being a euro level at best. As I said, he can’t handle being at the top. Just not got it in him. He’s a bad hypocrite as well, talks about how boxing is the only thing that brought him back from the depth of depression and how he’d be lost without it and then he says he’ll retire after a couple more fights after Wilder. Who knows what to believe with him.
Wilder only wanted the rematch the day the contract expired lol, and Wallin might turn out to be a very good fighter yet. It was the cut that messed Fury up against him, terrible cut
Rumours are Joshua’s family want him to enter the second phase of his career and run his businesses and turn his back on Boxing
No, Wilder was licking his wounds sacking everybody. Then the day the contract expired he launched his rematch clause the dummy
Hadn't thought of this in ages. In the old Sanford & Son comedy Redd Foxx's character would often refer to his son Lamont as "big dummy". If a Wilder like character was on that show I can see Fred calling him "you big, chicken legged dummy"
I’m talking about immediately after the first fight. The WBC ordered the rematch and Fury signed to ESPN and fought Schwarz and Wallin.
