come on man...we both discussed that earlier this year...and we both know that a lot of people in here not putting much time into this competition and just following the "well known" horses ....i think even you admitted it in a private message while we were discussing another topic related to the league. the topic i was discussing a few days ago with another guy in here was "Late pick changes", not "late picks". two different things.
I agree that it definitely happens towards the end just didnt feel makes sense for anybody to me doing this early on
It does make sense if 60-70% of the fights are obscure 50/50 fights. The last few years 70-80% of the fights were basically hhuuuge fav fights. And this year a lot of huge favs are struggling or losing so people want to play it safe with the rest. not arguing about this, it was no front either. everybody in here can do whatever he wants with his picks.

As for the wrong date on the schedule, the date on boxrec is what we have always gone by, and its always risky waiting until the day of to make picks on those asian fights (trust me, I've missed some). It would not be fair for the participants who picked on time to scratch the fight, so the fight will count.
