Wilder`s power comes from his wide stance, problem with that stance is that it effects your mobility.
Granted, but that isnt really the way to judge and answer the question That just shows AJ has a better Resume
Joshua doesn’t need the leverage to generate power, given that he’s a heavier, more compact fighter. But given a little space, Wilder hits harder, for sure. Or it could be that he’s far better at catching his opponents cold, which tend to be the most devastating punches.
Wlad was easier to hit v AJ than Ortiz was v Wilder, Povetkin wa more open too and wa hurt by a low level fighter like Price.
It’s only you and a few other ignorant boxing fans that have these opinions. Povetkin and Klitschko are levels above that Cuban hypejob. Did you find the time to look up the AJ Takam punch stats? You were implying AJ got hit too much by Takam.
AJ has obviously fought a much higher quality of opposition than The Tuscaloser albeit to be fair that's not exactly difficult to achieve. The Tuscaloser obviously hits harder than AJ because he's put quite a few of the tomato cans he's fought to sleep with singe shots, whereas AJ has never put anyone to sleep even down at tomato can level or with combinations. Povetkin hasn't always been a better and more accomplished fighter than Ortiz amateur and pro, he's been a much much better and more accomplished fighter amateur and pro and frankly the comparison is deeply insulting to Povetkin.
Like? How many people has Wilder put genuinely to sleep? Only Szpilka and old ass Liakhovich were kept down for longer than ten? AJ flattened Zumbano Love, durable enough, Kevin Johnson, destroyed him in two, very durable Wilders "tomatoe cans" weren't even decent club fighters, they would fall and writhe around when he hit them Compare Wilder going life and death to AJ hitting Molina (Graphic Content) timestamped This content is protected
This content is protected One of Wilders highlight reel KO victims, Artur Szpilka, showing his awful awfully weak chin. and He still went ten Wilder has been very well matched
How many has AJ put to sleep even when he was fighting cab drivers? The answer is zero. You don't have to convince me about the awfulness of standard of The Tuscaloser's opposition because I've been telling people he's fought trash for years. And not only that, I've even argued that with the exception of Breazeale he has performed better against all the common opponents they've shared, both amateur and pro. But when it comes to one shot KO power The Tuscaloser is a harder hitter. AJ isn't a massive one punch KO artist.
