Canelo is going to KO Yildirim

I like Canelo but this fight seems like a waste of time, and yes I understand it's a mandatory.

 

I love that you're not afraid to make such bold predictions.

 

Going out on a limb here.... Canelo by KO.

 

Woah such a risky prediction.. Canelo KOing a bum or a compromised opponent (blown up or drained) is always a guarantee highlight reel KO.. Let’s see:

Angulo
Kirkland
Khan
Fielding
Kovalev
Smith
Lopez

 

What a bold prediction.

 

He wants to be undisputed so needs to get the mandatory out of the way.

He only fought in December against Smith and will fight again in 3 months against Billy Joe

So 3 fights in roughly 5 months...... two at the top level of the division and 1 ensuring his mandatory is answered allowing the "undisputed" path to be open.

So I don't see how it is a waste of time if anything it's great to see a top fighter WANTING to be constantly active.

Considering Chris Eubank Jr bounced Yildrim, it isn’t too much of a reach for Canelo to do the same

 

Everyone knows this is going to happen.

 

He can use it as part of his training camp for BJS.

 

If he wants to stay active and unify all the belts, then it has to be done with.

 

You just never know. Wallin was supposed to be routine, Ruiz Jr was supposed to be routine. The more you fight, the more likely something goes wrong. Maybe Yildirim opens some needle scars in Canelo's eyebrow and a huge cut develops. You just never know.
