Who has the better Resume? Fury or Big Dosser Femi?

AJ has the better resume. He has beaten far more top Fighters than Fury.

Furys top 2 wins are better than AJs best win.

I said this forum, not the bookies. AJ was being proper c**ted off and it was only after the weigh in that opinions may have shifted towards him before the fight. I'll be honest, i wasn't sure he'd pull it out the bag and get the job done. There's coming back from defeat, then there is coming back after getting your arse handed to you in the most famous arena for sport and entertainment, seen as an exhibition from Hearn and co. If he lost that fight, then he was done, that's why i give him credit, when it comes down to it, that takes some mental minerals. Same as Fury, he did what he had to do to get back to where he is today. Like i said in earlier post, i want them to both beat the **** out of each other and give us our generation of heavyweight rivalries that the next generation can argue over.

 

It's mad how anti Joshua/Fury people are dependent on which side of the fence you are. I appreciate there's quite a few who are balanced in their views on them both. They both have very likeable/dislikeable traits. Joshua has been hyped and is a bit bland, Fury is a liar and contradicts himself constantly...but they are both world champions. Just watched that documentary and before Bruno & Lewis we had nobody to really shout for and now we're spoilt.

Let's be honest, Fury has the better wins but Joshua has the better resume overall. Joshua has knuckled down and mostly been focused and consistent whereas Fury has needed that mountain to climb to feel motivated. Both are brilliant and flawed, and have strengths and weaknesses.

As been said before...fury has the better wins...joshua has the deeper resume.

Think it comes down to who,s resume you respect the most...for me its furys.

Dethroning klitchko away from home and knocking wilder about the ring again away from home. In hindsight there talking wilder down but at the time...their was posts up saying he was the hardest hitting heavyweight of all time. Young. Fit. Fast and one of heavyweights hardest hitters. Even with the flaws thats a dangerous combination. Not just that taking him on the first time was in most peoples minds was madness.

Tbf joshuas not reached that level...its mostly been carefully picked guys ready for the taking...seen better days or on the downward turn. Good guys all the same but guys at the stage that would struggle against the athletism of joshua. Apart from ruiz...hes been brought on perfectly imo...and the consistancy of opponents on his resumes been very good. Add the ruiz first fight tho...and for me its a no brainer that furys resumes greater by a good bit.

 

Wallin whooping Breazeale swung the resume argument in Furys favour

 

How? Breazeale isn't amongst AJs top 8 opponents he has beaten. Whilst Wallin is probably the best opponent Fury has beaten after Wlad, Chisora and Wilder (that not saying much mind his next best is Cunningham and Hammer).

I would personally put AJ v Wlad at number 2 but not a bad order at all maybe Whyte below Chisora 1 as Whyte was ****ing awful then? Mitch is incoming though so be ready.

Erm I’m not sure if you’ve heard but Wilder apparently tired himself out wearing a robot costume. He’s also 35 years old.

 

Joshua v Klit is above Wilder and Whyte above Chisora.

Whyte above Chisora? Maybe if Joshua had beat Whyte last year but when they fought Whyte was shite. Derek had skills.

 

Joshua v Klit could possibly go above Fury-Wilder 1 but not the rematch.
Still, it's hard to rate a 41 year old coming off a loss and a long layoff above an active prime belt-holder coming off KO wins.

Whyte can't go above Chisora 2.
