This fight has just been confirmed after canelo beat yildirim.

    may the 8th

    Who are you picking?

Saunders hasn’t looked anything special since he beat Lemieux. I think he’s crafty enough to go the distance but lose a clear ud

I'm disgusted Canelo is giving that ***** a payday.

I just hope Saunders got a terrible split in the purses, and he gets his arse knocked out.

Just watched the Canelo fight from last night. I love watching him fight, just absolute class although Yildrim had no right being in that ring with him. He's an absolute pudding, and hasn't even earned that shot imo.

In regards to Saunders, Canelo will find him down the stretch. Hasn't got the gas tank to do the full 12 at a high pace. Even Murray who came out of retirement had Saunders gassing and taking rounds off. Canelo won't even have to do anything to clever, just keep the fight at a high tempo, keep Saunders on his toes and he will drown.

Canelo wide points decision, wouldn't be surprised if he makes BJS quit.

Canelo wide decision. Better in every department than Saunders.

Unless Billy Ho runs the entire night he's going to get battered. Ko 8th .

That's besides the point. If it goes 12, nobody can get the decision against Alvarez.

I hope Saunders wins but I give him less than 10% chance.

Don’t think it’ll be close enough for any controversy.

My thoughts exactly on the Saunders fight.

As for Yildrim, he waited around for 2 years for his payday and then got in there and didn't land a punch. I know he's on a different level but I hate it when a fighter just accepts a defeat so easily.

The fight has come three years too late for BJS and he wasted his best years.

A waste of talent and I give him the same chance as Yildrim - another pointless zero test for Canelo.

Is BJS on the way to PPV Lootsville Station near Sly HQ or is this a DAZN/River Inn exclusive?

My point is regardless of whether or not anybody gives Saunders a chance. It's not right that Alvarez' opponents have to get in the ring knowing that they simply cannot win a decision. It basically takes away that particular path to victory and forces the boxer to abandon one or more particular set of tactics which rely on a decision. I've heard quite a few people even say as much, that it would also be a victory if Saunders achieves a "controversial loss". It's a bit of a joke.

Yep, Billy doesn’t last the distance here. Flattered to deceive since moving up / getting caught doping. 8/9/10 rounds he’s gone.
Canelo is an absolute machine/monster, a freak. He’s very very good. At the minute only way he loses is by moving up and facing a top light heavyweight champion.
