That was not impressive at all, he landed a good shot at the end but lost the tournament featuring Groves and co. in awful fashion, he was too open in this bout to have success v Canelo.

 

Groves out-classed Eubank, Smith knocked out Groves and Canelo out-classed Smith end of.

 

It was an excellent performance by Eubank Jr against an undefeated Yildirim at that time. Canelo was punch perfect yesterday. I would like to see Eubank Jr vs GGG.

 

This just highlights a massive bias or lack of knowledge.

This really isn't the most important metric when comparing CEJ and Canelo: one fought GGG twice, the other chose not to despite a career high pay day on offer, and left it to a blown-up welter to take the purse and the beating...

 

Eubank Jr is certainly real good against a guy who comes at him - the Abraham performance was actually amazing really.

He cannot shuffle forward to close the distance himself though, it’s as simple as that. For some reason he doesn’t jab either?
